Avoid front using your card at the pump here. I used mine on July 28, 2024 at approximately 8:46 pm to get gas as I was too exhausted to walk into the store and just preferred the convenience. Well, this morning on July 29, 2024 I woke up to several charges on my account from a Life Elevation. This Pilot is the only place i used my card at in the last couple of days and to suddenly have fraudulent charges on my account after using it here is no coincidence. I used my card at the pump so it is possible someone put a card skimmer on their pumps. However, I did notice a sticker that said to notify attendant if the sticker appeared to be tampered with. That sticker itself didn't appear to be tampered with but when I called the manager today, she said they put 3 stickers on the pump. I didn't see 3 stickers, only 1 so perhaps that is a red flag. Anywho, this is the first and only place I've ever seen stickers at on the keypads which is a red flag that perhaps this isn't the first time peoples card info have been stolen from this gas station. Just beware with using your card at the pumps here.

Stopped with a bunch of soldiers and trucks to fill up. For some reason this place was very disrespectful to us all. One employee was staring us down like we were her enemy. She was so rude. She told me I no when I asked nicely for a fuel receipt. Should have asked for her name. She was a white, obese, brown haired, mid 30s woman. Never stopping here again.

DO NOT PARK ON THE STREET!!! Local Police are happily handing out Parking Tickets overnight. And they won’t wake you to tell you to move (not saying they have to as there are Clearly marked NO PARKING signs all down the street). You’ll wake up with a $163.75 parking ticket taped to your drivers window. Ask me how I know??♂️?
It is simply a way to steal your money so the police are in charge of doing it. Even in big cities they don't give you those big fines for illegal parking. You can see that the little town urgently needs income and to do so they don't mind giving exorbitant fines. It is a shameless way to steal your money but since they are the police there is no one to blame

No one wants to work. Forced to use self checkout lanes. I already worked my 14 hours and I don't want to come to pilot to do more work. I don't force you to drive my truck. Truck drivers should be treated better as your business resolved around the trucking industry. Do better Pilot, I got a thought try hiring people that want to work ?

Do not park on the street you will get ticket. Local police will ticket you. Rested up got hot shower life is good. ?
