I'm really happy with the service I had here. They diagnosed my van on the same day I brought it in and then had it fixed and finished in the next couple business days.
The man I talked to was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain and answer questions.
Would definitely recommend:)

I needed my brakes fixed *today*. When I pulled in and saw numerous cars waiting in the lot, I expected to have trouble getting it done on such short notice. They assured me they would be able to do it today and they totally delivered. I'll definitely be back.

As an amateur mechanic I'm always trying to avoid taking my vehicles to a shop in order to avoid costly charges & the back & forth that sometimes occurs when trying to diagnose mechanical issues. When my high school sweetheart 2010 Chevy colorado (254,000 miles) started having some engine trouble months ago I started self diagnosing & running tests when I had spare time. After changing some minor components & doing some routine maintenance didn't solve the problem I looked online for e local reputable shop to have the fuel pump pulled since I didn't have the capabilities to drop the tank easily at my house. Woodard's had a visible track record of providing good service for this specific repair online so I decided to try them out. They were only 12 mins down the road from my house so it was convenient as well. When I came by on a Monday the gentlemen at the counter said they would have it looked at & call me within 24 hours. That was done as advertised & they also suspected the fuel pump was the issue. I was given a quote & gave the go ahead & had my vehicle back & running smoothly within a few days. They could have done it same day but I told them no rush as I have another vehicle. Price was reasonable as I had them throw a few extra components on while they were servicing the pump (emission solenoid & in line fuel filter). Will definitely use them when I encounter something I can't tackle myself.

My landlord recommended this auto shop. I brought my car for a replacement of rear brakes. Compared to another shop in the area where I was told that they would need to replace both breaks and rotors quoting me $450 to $550, here I was told they could just resurface the rotors and replace the breaks. I paid just under $250, dropped off at 8 am, picked up at 1 pm. Very polite and respectful. No appointment, first come first serve. Honest and reliable (apparently, my breaks were about 50% worn but the rotors had a lot of rust. I was given an option to do nothing or just get the pads replaced). I would go there again when the need arises.

We have had both of our cars maintained here regularly and other things, such as brake job, door lock repairs, radiator flush, and other repairs and have always had great results. They also were very honest about not being able to do a transmission fluid flush and why when I asked about that (it was due to the type of transmission it is). Always super nice to deal with too. Jay is super nice and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend! We have been using them for a few years now.
