West Power Services got me out of a real jam. I pulled into town with a check engine light on on my F350 and had to fly out in a couple of days. They got me in in a couple of days where other places had multi-week delays. They fixed the problem quickly and it has stayed fix. Highly recommend!

We are a tree service and we brought in a 1989 truck with Lucas Girling brakes- brakes that are renowned for their difficulty to work on. Not only that the truck is old and there was a heavy layer of grime on all the parts. West power was able to fix everything and I’m very happy.It was relatively affordable too - my one gripe is I was not contacted to authorize the new total amount. Certainly sometimes things just get missed and that’s just how it goes. Overall im pleased with my experience there and look forward to doing business with them in the futureService: Brakes

This place is really amazing. Super friendly honest group. They felt badly our bill for our diesel motorhome was so high. Stayed late to get the work done. Asked us several times if we needed anything while waiting. Kept us updated on the status regularly. A wonderful experience for not a great issue. ?

I CANNOT say enough good things about this place! On our way home north from Florida, our front brakes stopped working. We called them at 3pm, explained our situation and they told us to come over. We got there just before closing and they diagnosed what was wrong. Being we couldn't really drive anywhere, they were kind enough to let us park overnight in their parking lot. The next morning, they got us in as soon as they could and we were on the road again, all before noon! Great guys, great work and wonderful service! If we're ever in the area again and need work, we will definitely stop here.

Had some ok repairs from them in the past Then I brought the truck and it was diagnosed that it needed a few new fuel pump and filter I paid $700 when I left I noticed the gas gauge was not working the gas gauge had always worked is this is an older truck that's one thing that I always worked I called Brian who's kind of a putz and I said hey man the gas gauge is from work could bring it back in a few days we're really busy and take care of it I'm thinking for sure it's going to be free because the gas gauge absolutely worked before I brought them they hit me with another $500 the next week the truck broke down out in the middle of nowhere they offered me nothing no towing service he said we can't get it in for a week and a half this is my work truck that I use on a daily basis for my livelihood I had no other choice but to find other mechanics to again replace their faulty fuel pump Brian did not offer me one penny I asked would you offer me something the only thing you said offered me is we're parting ways and I'm not going to work on your truck anymore hey Brian how are those kidney stones working out for you bro
