I couldn’t be more pleased with the professional service provided by this company for my husband and I. We have purchased 4 zero turns from them. And they have always had a quick turn around time with any warranty work or maintenance. They have been very polite, and knowledgeable. They are a good honest company.

WES Outdoor earns the highest marks for service, quality of workmanship, and making a difficult situation surprisingly positive.
During the height of yard care season in Nashville, the Cub Cadet ZT2 Ultima drive train stopped working. After extensive searching for a reliable service company, WES Outdoor was the one chosen. They arranged for a pickup/dropoff and resolved the issue in one-third of the estimated time. Moreover, they saw that it was a minor problem. They did not exploit that to charge for unnecessary repairs but rather reported that it was simple and that the mower is now working to factory spec.
WES Outdoor is nowhere near the closest place to service my mower and power equipment, but they've earned my continued business. I will be using them for all of my power equipment service from now on.
