Needed to start medicationasap prepaid online delivery 1-2 days. Decided to pick up instead. Tech has meds in hand REFUSING to give me the medication unless I have a CODE! No code sent to me. “No alternatives must have CODE!”Repeatedly with no effort to solve problem. Recent open heart surgery and BP is now pounding I demand management who listened and helped. Refusing patients medication is illegal.

Really terrible experience with the pharmacy. The entire staff was rude and unhelpful. If you are trying to get a Covid test done, make sure the store actually has one. I booked an appointment and missed work just for them to tell me they did not have any tests available once I arrived even AFTER confirming my appointment. They also were not going to honor the Walgreens pricing that is listed on their website for $19.99 for Covid and Flu testing. All the other customers who were also in the pharmacy when I was there were not being serviced to any reputable company standards. I will never go to this Walgreens again.

I never have any problems with this store or pharmacy. I see the pharmacy staff working hard and to be honest I usually see the customers treating them badly and not the other way around. I was just taken back by some of the reviews I read. My experience has been positive, this location has been my pharmacy for the last 3 years.

Rude! Unwilling to help. The staff in the pharmacy talk to you like you're ignorant. They undermine you. I have advanced cancer and get treatment like I'm nothing. Can the management not see this? I want to change pharmacys but I'm afraid of the complications it would cause. These people make a bad day worse.

Some of the workers in Pharmacy are not honest, ethical, and loyal with patients. As a Healthcare worker, this is very unethical. After reading other reviews, after the fact, I can at least say I THINK I was not treated this way due to the COLOR OF MY SKIN as I originally thought, but because some people are lazy in their positions, uneducated in thier roles, and do not care for others.LOCAL COMMUNITY! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE know your rights, your insurance policies, and medications for yourself and family members. Please know your stuff because you and your family matter. I know do.

Not supposed to close until 10 pm, 9:52 doors locked, girl with black hair and braided in there, guess she took it upon herself to close up early. What a joke. This would never happen when the usual crew at night works.

Pharmacy staff disregard long time customers, ignore digital prescriptions and literally lie to customers about prescription status. How do you know a prescription isn't available when you haven't been given the personal information?I would hope Store Management does a FULL STAFF review on pharmacy techs that decide on their own accord whether they "feel" like reviewing digitally received prescriptions, deceive customers, fake information. Not everyone knows you're doing this, but there are those that do.Pretty sure a license can be revoked just as easily as it is attained.

Simply not reliable. The Karen filling the prescriptions needs to find another job if her life is that miserable. Praying your kids marry someone of another race so some ignorance gets backspace deleted??

My prescription was called in a hour before I arrived to pick it up. They told me it be another hour be another hour before it would be ready, they were taking lunch in 10 minutes. I was picking up a Z-pack!!! All they had to was pick it off the shelf and slap a sticker on it!!!!!! Poor customer service and just lazy. This place is an example of what’s wrong with the work force today.

Store is slightly Infuriating. The website says they have Infant dramanine and I go in and they don't. Its not out of stock they just dont sell it. Got two stars cuz they were at least nice lol but that's actually really annoying because it's really hard to find in this state for some reason and so being told it's here, just for me to go all the way there and it's not was really annoying. I did call at first but noone answered. :/ also barely had any baby supplies for sick babies at all. Had basic stuff like Tylenol and pedialyte but anything else was wiped out. People stocking were busy talking to each other and a staff lady actually kept talking over me/interuppting me while asking another staff lady for help. Ppl up front were nice tho :)

I have frequented 4 Walgreens in the past 6 weeks for several different reasons based on locality. Always the same experience, can't get help at the photography counter. An employee would eventually show up, but was basically clueless. Well, yesterday was totally different! The first employee was very nice, but busy with another order, so she called Toni out! Toni was by far the friendliest, most knowledgeable person at any of the stores I had encountered! I had a lot of old 110 rolls developed and she asked if we could go through them to make sure they had all developed well enough. Thank God she did! Out of 14 or 15 rolls, only 16 photos were clear enough to keep. At $18.00 a roll, I would have been angry to have spent all that money and gotten home with a lot of overexposed photos. The film had been kept in really unfavourable conditions, hence the problem with development. I had actually turned in an unused roll of 35mm film at a different Walgreens,(I didn't know it had never been used) and they still developed it, made a disc, along with a note stating the film had never been used. Not to mention, charged me $9.00 for it. So, if you need anything from Walgreens, I highly suggest the Main Street in Goodlettsville one. Ask for Toni, she is the best of the best! It's hard to find employees like her anywhere, anymore.

I just left this location. (I was looking for something they didn’t have) but was still in there quite some time. I’m not sure what the lady’s name was who was in the camera department but I just wanted to say that even though I didn’t purchase anything this time in there she made my experience in wAlgreens absolutely fantastic. She was pleasant. Very. Pleasant. And helpful. I had a great conversation with an absolute stranger and she advised me where to go to get what I was looking for. Props to this beautiful human for brightening my day!!!

The Main Street Walgreens pharmacy in Goodlettsville has the best people! Responsive, problem-solvers, and friendly. I have been working through a medical issue last year and this year, and having great customer service from the pharmacy helps make a challenging health matter easier to deal with. Thank you, Walgreens team!

Worst Service EVER! I've lived in Goodlettsville for years and RARELY go to this store because of their horrible service. I have NEVER been there when I did not have problems. Their pharmacy staff is without a doubt the rudest and least informed people to work in retail.
