I like this post office because I can scan my own packages on their self service machine. This is a good feature if you are mass selling on retail platforms.
Also, Mary is absolutely lovely. She always has a smile on her face and is a wonderful customer service representative. If you leave the post office in a bad mood after interacting with her, you should do an inventory of what you have going on in your life, no joke.

The United States Postal Service has lost its way!!!!! This is the second time I’ve needed assistance outside of regular deliveries and for the second time I’ve had the SAME experience. Called the Goodletsville, Tn. office and they NEVER answer their phone…. Matter of fact, same as last time, they just pick-up the phone and hang it up so it will stop ringing. The Postal Service is costing tax payers money every year now with this poor management style. I never wish anyone out of a job but this needs revamping or close the doors!!!!

USPS quality of service has dropped dramatically. Lost mail, delayed certified mail and total lack of support and response to complaints.

Best post office around Nashville! Always friendly and ready to help. They thank you each and every time you come in. I have never had a package lost or damaged when using them to mail!

This is the best post office around. They rarely have much of a line. They are always friendly and all my packages get to where I mailed them.

The stars are not for the in office service that service is amazing, but its due to the flighty drives that refuse to take our packages across the bridge even though they can do so as we drive across the bridge every day and other drivers have done so for years now, infact amazon drives drive across the bridge daily, while everyother usps driver is too scared to rive across our bridge and instead of parking and walking across, would rather force us to go into town everytime just so they don't have to walk.

I wonder why this place exists, because it sure as hell isn't for delivering my mail. I've basically stopped using Amazon entirely on the off chance they send something through USPS and I never actually receive it. Two stars for the perfect angel who answers the phone (Brenda?).

I wish I could give zero starts, I run a business and come to usps mostly everyday to drop packages, different stores, came today to this particular one and the person in there told me I can’t send more than 5 prepaid packages because is their policy, when I asked her where is that policy in writing or on the website she says her boss told her that verbally, seriously?? I think is just laziness, I’m been doing this for years and never has this issue in another store….

Pretty ridiculous to drive over to drop off a small package only to find the self service drop box either blocked/locked up and a line OUT THE DOOR.Seriously...USPS already struggles to compete with the other carriers for parcel shipping due to almost double the rates and consistently late/lost items, this is just insult to injury. What's the point of buying your labels online if you still have to wait 30+ minutes for them to take the thing?!*Heavy breathing*Bah
