Have visited this location 4-5 times to pick up items requiring a signature. Always have visited on a Saturday as that's the only time I can get there. There has never been much of a wait so that has been nice. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. No complaints at all. Could be a lot worse, right?!

Worst post office in USA , they never answer their phone no matter how many times you call!! they should not mark packages delivered if you aren’t going to bother to see if the house number matches the address on the package!!!!I called 10 times today and nobody ever picks up. How can you havde a USA post office in goodlettsville and they nev er pick up. THis is a continual pattern with this particular post office on 301 northcreek blv goodlettsvile TN 37072 since they got a new post master!!And whenever they have a sub working the sub ALWAYS manages to drop my package in another mail box and then when i contact the goodlettsville post office via the ridgetop post( since the goodlettsville post office never answers their phone), the sub swears that he delivered in my mail box . How could he have deleiverd in my mail Box when my mail box is in concrete and have a lock. So if he had delivered there is no way anyone could have taken it. The sub lied the same way a few months ago when he mis delivered my package into my neigbours locked mail box and i contacted the goodlettsville post office, just like now keith told me the sub swore he delivered it to my locked mail box, he did not and a week later one of my neigbour dropped it into my mailbox . And to contact the goodlettsville post office I have to call the post office in ridgetop and the post man there calls them. Or call the I 800 number and they file a request for the goodlettsville post office to contact me because they NEVER answer their phone . And they keep hiring subs that are so incompetent that they cannot drop my package in my mail box but dropit in my neigbours locked maill box and then swear that he correctly delivered it . Such gross incompetence , it seems a battle to recieve my mail!!! the goodlettsville post office Keith swears that the sub mail carrier delivered the package when he did not , if he did it would be in my locked mail box. and it is so horrible that i cannot contact the goodlettsville post office directly because they NEVER answer their phone and somehow the administrator there does not want to correct the problem of their not answering the phone despite various complaints over a period of more than 3 years!! What a joke, i will do anything reasonably possible to avoid using usps and especially dealing with this particular post office on 301 northcreek blv goodlettsvile TN 37072

I like this post office because I can scan my own packages on their self service machine. This is a good feature if you are mass selling on retail platforms.
Also, Mary is absolutely lovely. She always has a smile on her face and is a wonderful customer service representative. If you leave the post office in a bad mood after interacting with her, you should do an inventory of what you have going on in your life, no joke.

The United States Postal Service has lost its way!!!!! This is the second time I’ve needed assistance outside of regular deliveries and for the second time I’ve had the SAME experience. Called the Goodletsville, Tn. office and they NEVER answer their phone…. Matter of fact, same as last time, they just pick-up the phone and hang it up so it will stop ringing. The Postal Service is costing tax payers money every year now with this poor management style. I never wish anyone out of a job but this needs revamping or close the doors!!!!

Best post office around Nashville! Always friendly and ready to help. They thank you each and every time you come in. I have never had a package lost or damaged when using them to mail!

This is the best post office around. They rarely have much of a line. They are always friendly and all my packages get to where I mailed them.
