“I had been keeping my eye out for a NV3500 SL V8 vehicle, with lower miles, single owner, and clean parts (easy to find north east units that have rust damage), which due to that not being the most common trim and Nissan halting production of these vehicles, it was proving more challenging than I anticipated.
But Crencor had what I was looking for! Only one problem… I lived in Florida and they were in Tennessee, and I had my own financing, but out of a credit union on the west coast. The combination of these three variables meant a lot could go wrong or be required. And it definitely had a few issues, such as my bank not paying until the vehicle was registered, the Florida DMV not registering it until they could physically see the VIN, and then Crencor not releasing the vehicle until they got paid (totally reasonable).
Nevertheless, Crencor saw it through. They were patient, accommodating, and even took initiative, and after 3 weeks, the vehicle was purchased, registered, and shipped.
From a process standpoint, I couldn’t be happier, and I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with again or send anyone their way!”
