If I could give this place a no star I would. I walked in to try and start a personal account with them. I stood in front of the counter for ten minutes and nobody acknowledge me. Remember I was the only customer in the building beside the lady in the office and four workers. The lady at the drive thru window stopped and acknowledged me, the lady on the end is very rude and has a nasty attitude. She stated I needed to wait and have a seat because she has things to do first. That’s not how you talk nor great a new customer. So I went to a bank down the street that was happy to help me and greeted me before I could even walk in the door they even had a lot of customers inside and was able to maintain to greet customers. Plus they had free snack bags. This place needs to work on Leadership, and have a lot more training on customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would. You can’t ever get a hold of anyone up there. I even called customer service and they tried and just said “no one is answering” I was like ok so what am I supposed to do? I’m not driving up there in the rain with two kids if they can’t even help me. Such a joke. We will take our business elsewhere then.

This bank has held checks and the ATM ATE MY FAMILY MEMBERS MONEY . Just like a review earlier. She is a working mother with children. Go to Regions up the road.

Tried to withdraw some cash from selling my house and they wouldn’t let me. The guy told me that he had to verify it first even though the title company called before they sent the money and verified it this morning. What makes it even worse is a bank is the one to wire the money to my account

I've been to a few other locations and this by far is my favorite. I love the bankers here, they're so nice and professional. Never once seen any disrespect. They go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of. Thee only bank I enjoy banking with and thee only location I choose. Mandi is awesome she fixed my problem other locations refused to help me with in less than 24hrs. The negative reviews are most likely the same entitled people who do not know how to act in public bc they go above and beyond.

If I could give less than one star I would. My brother and niece went into the branch this morning to inquire about options to deal with my recently deceased mother's account. They were treated with exceptional callousness and dismissed by the staff at this branch. My mother was a customer at this Branch for over 30 years, and to not even hear the words "sorry for your loss" before being treated to a display of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

Some of the absolute best customer service professionals out there work at this location! This bank stayed open late because they saw me pulling into the parking lot and they didn't even know who I was! I've wired money, cashed checks, and used their atm. Truly a great group of professionals that work at this location. Thank you Goodlettsville US Bank!

The employees of this branch location are rude, unprofessional and prejudice! Will never go back there again and I almost closed my account because of this location! I walked In and was never greeted. Another couple of a different race walked in behind me and was greeted by the Branch Manager Fuqua! Awful!! People like this should never have these positions if they’re not gonna treat everyone like they should be treated!

I have always had a positive experience at this bank. No matter which employee greets me they all are very respectful and do their best to help. Lobby is clean and there is plenty of parking space. Employees work fast without making you feel rushed.

My 90 year old grandmother has a statement!!! "I was mistreated at the u.s. bank at goodlettsville I have drove 30 miles and was in line it was only two people and when he walked out she closing she closed the window right in front of me and I'll call u s after I got home and she didn't think that was wrong at all, the manager ,and I think I was very mistreated me very very bad"!!! thank you!!! She will be moving her money out of that bank.

I have been a customer for years. I decided to open a mortgage loan modification; I spoke with a young woman who was personable and knowledgeable. However, I returned a few days later with all my paperwork completed but was greeted by a new bank manager (?). He was extraordinarily rude. He spoke too loud for comfort and talked as if he wanted to embarrass me by stating particulars about my credit rating for everyone to hear! To say the least, I had file a complaint.
