If I could give zero stars, I would. I dropped off a UPS package to be shipped overnight/early. My regular UPS store was closed and I thought this would be a convenient option. THREE DAYS later, the package hasn't moved within the UPS system. UPS customer service to-date has been extremely unhelpful, giving the virtual equivalent of a shrug when I inquire about my package. This location should not be an Access Point (whatever that means) until packages can be properly shipped in a timely manner. Do not recommend.
