Do not purchase scrubs from here unless you are POSITIVE that you will like them and they are the right size. They will charge a $9 return label fee whether you return or exchange the items. They say “free shipping for your exchange order.” That only means free shipping when they send the new scrubs to you. Either way, you are losing $9.
So make sure those are the perfect scrubs before you buy them.
***edit: the company has responded stating that they have no record of me contacting them. Although I do not have a screenshot of the multiple message chat session that I did in fact have with a representative, I have included a photo of the three minute call in which the representative further confirmed that I will be paying $9 to ship the scrubs back.

Great customer service, they don't have a lot of choices for maternity (pregnancy) women's. To order online, it took longer than usual. Only this location opens Sunday Nashville TN.

I went primarily because they’re open on Sundays. The lady at the register was wonderful and helpful. And they have a decent men’s selection but so much more for women. Great experience!

My mother in law is very picky about her scrubs. I recommend my husband to take her to this store and the manager helped them. This was the best shopping experience for them. She was patience as my mother in law first language is not English. I will continue to recommend this location in Rivergate to others.

I absolutely love this place. For a girl that loves her scrubs this place is my go to! They always have what I need. Great customer service. They have a big variety of products and good prices. I highly recommend this place!

The store appears small but has a variety of scrubs available. The salesperson was friendly and assisted with locating clearance items and advising me of other specials on the scrubs.
