My wife has been shopping at rest and Ruffles for years. Rust and Ruffles has been repeatedly voted one of middle Tennessee’s best boutiques, and I think the reason why the great selection is not only, but also the personal service that Ronda, and everyone at Rust and Ruffles provides to its customers. This is critically beneficial when shopping for Christmas gifts for my wife. Ronda never fails to come up with great gift ideas.

I recently made a purchase at rust and ruffles. I bought four items, all of which I tried on. One of the items didn’t quite fit right after I got it home and three days after purchase i decided to exchange it for something else . Their return policy indicated there was a 14 day return policy but did not mention a receipt . The store clerk remembered me from three days prior and looked up my purchase and found the item in my record history and indicated I could exchange it . When i returned to the counter with my replacement item she then told me I could not exchange it after all as I did not have my receipt even though she had record of my purchasing it and I was well within the return window. I will not be shopping there again.

My mom brought me here to find a dress for my bachelorette party and we saw one we liked that was real lacy, my mom asked the two girls working in the boutique section, if it was lingerie or a shirt, and they both gave each other a weird look, in front of my mother and I, and said no, walked away with an attitude, and didn’t offer to assist us. We were very disappointed in the customer service.

Call me sensitive if you choose but I left the store almost immediately after entering when the elderly ignorant staff member “assumed” our sizes and assumed we needed to shop in the plus size department. We didn’t need the plus size department. Was very assuming of her.

Went to see if they still had a purse like one I had purchased several months ago. They didn't, however the owner came out and she's gonna look for one for me when she goes to restock. Also, bought a Halloween top at 50% off, pretty good. They have a good selection of really nice looking clothes for women.

Omgoodness! This is by far one of the nicest and reasonably priced boutiques I have visited. I love the fact that they carry sizes from Small to 3X! The owner and staff are very helpful. I definitely recommend Rust & Ruffles! I will definitely be back ❤
