Ms. Racquel is a very genuine person. She is friendly and makes you feel at ease with leaving sentimental jewelry with her to fix. This store was around when 100 Oaks Mall was the go-to mall. "Papa" was a master jeweler who could custom make anything. His daughter, Racquel, keeps his legacy alive by offering expert and honest jewelry repair at an affordable price. From a new watch battery to setting stones or just having your jewelry cleaned to look new again, she can do it. If she can't, she won't pretend to. Not many small businesses like this around. Just call beforehand to make sure she's open.

Racquel has done great work for us time and time again. I know every time I send a piece of jewelry for repair or sizing that I'm going to get back excellent work that has been polished better than brand new, and she has always been more than fair with me in regards to pricing.
