I like QT because it's easy in and out usually. They have a small menu for hot food and lots of fountain drink selections. Typically one of the cheaper places for diesel fuel as well.

One employee tried to help but no one was able to assist when the QT pay QR code was marked expired. All I wanted was my QT Pay fixing discount. I even showed the error to the staff. Normally QT staff would have helped in some way.
Just very surprised by the lack of assistance.
Tried to submit my complaint to QT directly, privately, because it is a rarity but their site wasn't working either . Come on QT you're better than this!!

Place is clean, good pizza slices and hot dogs. Wish the sold the 1st phorm energy drinks like some other QTs. Employees are always friendly

Some loud mouth little girl came out and woke me up to move “OR YOU WILL BE TOWED”, keep in mind there was not any No Parking signs. I wake up only to find out that someone else was parked in the exact spot! Insane! It messed up my 10hr break so I’m stuck an extra hour

My husband stops for the food bc he swears the sandwiches are good. The service is too slow. I’m not a fan of the food aside from a fountain drink and soft pretzel. The woman’s restrooms were horrible though. Filthy toilets and overflowing trash. Idk if it was bc it was 9pm. Next time I’ll hold it until our next stop. Not much semi truck parking anyway, bobtails/box trucks run the parking spaces.

Ordered food at 12:27. Checked in around 12:40ish. Went in at 12:55 and no one was there. Someone came out and started making a pizza but didn’t say anything to me so I went back to wait because we selected them to bring it out to us. I put my car make model and color. At 1:15 I went back in only to find out my food was ready, they just thought I “forgot” about it. I told her they were supposed to bring it out and she laughed and said oh my bad.
Food looks good, people seemed nice. But if I select them to bring it out and the options available, I don’t expect my food to be put away and everyone go hangout in the back room. Especially if I’ve checked in and I’m just waiting.

Love me some QT! So clean and the food that is offered seems fresh every time. Workers, while talking a lot amongst themselves and having a good time (wouldn't you want to have fun at the job?), were quick to the counter to help anybody waiting in line. Highly recommend.

Not worth getting off the highway. Not very many spots and they just let bobtails take them all, I’d never spend a dime here
