I love this pharmacy. I have gotten my medication with them for 3 yrs. I have a mechanical mitral valve in my heart. Very strict on everything everything in activities of daily life. They meet my medical needs very much. Hats off to this team at Caldwell Square in Goodlettsville, Tennessee

We ordered party trays for the Big Game yesterday. These were the most pathetic looking trays I've ever seen. Unfortunately, I was still at church so my husband picked them up. There is NO WAY I would have ever left the store with such ridiculousness. He paid 125.00 for crap.

Running out of my meds, can't get some of them filled. I realize they are short staffed, but a simple phone call or text would help. I don't know what happened?? I've bragged and had several people to transfer to this publix.

Called to get a transfer, was told they were too busy and to leave a message. Never got a call back, so called another day. Pharmacist Chad was total jerk and thought it was funny the whole time. No wonder folks are transferring out.

I've called multiple times to get my entire prescription filled, and I've spoken with almost every department except the pharmacy. I can not tell you the number of times I've been transferred from one department to the next.I've gone in twice to get a prescription only to be told there is a hold on it. Simply answering the phone could've saved me a lot of time and gas. I will be switching to another pharmacy as soon as I can.

I love the variety of everything! But.... Ricky bagged my groceries and kindly carried them to my car for me he was so kind and courteous! I will be back thanks to him and his quality services!

I love Publix! They are so good! There are always plenty of kind workers. They are always quick to help you find anything! Everything is stocked well and they very rarely our out of things. Even on a busy day before a holiday I was in and out in less then 30 mins. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

I've always liked this store, but I Really like this store now. We have family members with covid and didn't want to risk exposing anyone so we ordered online and had the items delivered. This young lady forgot two items and when I explained to the manager, Mark, He personally brought them out himself (within 20 minutes of me speaking with him). This type of customer service is not known anymore, I am so impressed with him and I've always liked this store - good, friendly people who seem to know exactly what they are doing!

Horrible. I had a discrepancy with a purchase. I had to speak with customer service regarding the charge. Once I got to customer service the customer service rep. was absolutely rude and disrespectful. She was very abrasive and disregarded the issues at hand. I was yelled at and belittled! Tammy R told me (customer service rep) that her dad is 85 and she yells at him....so she always speaks loudly. I didn't hear her speaking loudly to customer before me. I was completely sure that did not want to speak with her anymore. I asked to speak to the manager because I respect my elders but this lady needs to be held accountable for her actions! I was disregarded by the manager as well. I won't be spending another penny in that store until black people are treat equally in this store. I have spoken to corporate and I will be contacting the BBB and NAACP!!!!!

purchased some expensive chicken wings tonight. These were pre made and in the box. Honestly tasted like they had been out a week. That rancid taste. I should have returned them but I would have a drive to make. I am done with ever purchasing cooked meat from them again. In a pandemic, these companies are getting away with selling substandard food.

Ken in seafood was a rockstar for me tonight. I got 100 dollars worth of Crab Legs, Scallops, and Shrimp and he was very accommodating to my request even thawing some extra scallops. Great customer service!!!
