Came in this morning very excited to possibly view a few coaches. We're looking to possibly upgrade to a previous model. Walked in this morning nobody was around for a little bit then spoke to a gentleman said he would be back in just a few never came back. Granted I was not dressed the best I have been traveling in a large U-Haul heading to our new house down south but still that's pretty ridiculous just to leave somebody standing there walked around looking for somebody else never seen anyone again

flat rate on repairs are high.8 hrs to r&r 2 windshields is a tad high

Customer service & Parts department or second to none. Very helpful. Even got the 50 cent tour.

Had an incident with a mower that threw a rock into one of my side windows(2018 H3) was a little nervous about getting it replaced, Tim Yates and crew had to pull refrigerator and other things to get to all fasteners for side window, talk about concern for my new coach, these guys are the real deal! Had other issues arise on my way to their facility (400 miles away) Craig and Patrick on service side were able to address all issues and had me on my way, basically that whole facility is top shelf, from the techs to George in office!
