The staff People are great, until it comes to Jack or Jerk whatever his name is, he needs to be a door greeter for Walmart, since he likes to be rude to a 83 woman,talking condescendingly to her, besides myself calling last week at night and was put on hold waited the 10- 15 minutes, hung called back.. same thing Jerk or jack , please hold ..... This time I waited 20+ minutes, in which the store is literally 3 minutes from the house,so yeah while on hold I drove by, THEY WERE NOT SLAMMED BUST AT 730 P.M. .... Went back home after confirming Exactly what I thought!!!! So I went to the store a day or so after and the 2 younger informative workers are GREAT!! I CALLED TO SEE IF THE PART WAS AVAILABLE AND IT WAS, SO I STOPPED IN TO PICK IT UP AND JUST A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AND I HAD TO GO TO THE VEHICLE TO GET SOME CHANGE AND THE YOUNG MAN REACHED IN HIS POCKET AND PAID IT BEFORE, I WALKED BACK IN! Even the Manager she is nice as can be! I just can't comprehend why and what is the PURPOSE OF JERK OR JACK? WHICHEVER!! I HAVE 0 RESPECT FOR HIM, I KEEP MY MOUTH SHUT!!! UNTIL A CLOWN LIKE HIM CROSSES PATHS, I WILL NOT TOLERATE BULLYING AND IGNORANCE!!! ✌️?✌️ SEE YOU SOON O'REILLY!Get rid of JERK AND THAT WOULD BE A 10 STAR STORE! SAY IT ISN'T SO AND I WILL BRING THE 84 YEAR OLD WOMAN UP THERE!!!! SAY IT.......✌️

The best. Used to go to AutoZone and Napa and advance Auto as well as O'Reilly's however once I found the two guys at the pro desk at this store I won't go anywhere else. Great work and happy to be a loyal O'Reilly's customer

The wife and I were stranded at the grocery store with a dead battery. Not knowing what to do I called the nearest O’REILLY store. After explaining my problem the manager gladly sent a super nice gentleman to jump us at no charge. I followed him back to purchase a new battery which was promptly installed at also no installation charge. All employees were so courteous and friendly I just wanted to say thank you.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. When my battery died, I was able to have roadside assistance jump. Upon arrival to O'Reilly's, Jack assured me he could replace. He was wonderfully helpful, kind and replaced the battery to include removal of old within minutes. I cannot recommend more. Thank you Jack!

O'Reilly's is the only place I buy my parts for cars they pretty much always have it and if they don't they can usely get it the same day you can't beat them they're great

Can't wait for new store to open in joelton! But this store is really good! Staff has been knowledgeable about anything I've asked..if not, they'll take time to help you look for an answer! Great place
