“I want to say that I appreciate all that Total Automotive has done for me. I moved to TN 4 years ago. I do have an older car that I have taken good care of, so I had it transported 2000 miles in hopes that I'd find someone to continue being honest and taking the same good care that it received over the past 23 years.Well, I did find a great place like that with Total Automotive in TN. I found Total Automotive almost a year ago. Every single problem that has come up with my car has been handled with honesty and they do not over charge me. When my car goes in for anything, I am kept informed of what they find, the cost and they let me know how long it'll take them to fix the problem.I can't thank them enough as I know they are honest and do quality work. “My Chevrolet silverado has a 7 and 1/2 inch lift. I was hit on my front left tire in a parking lot and I had axel damage and some support beams were broken. Nobody wanted to work on it but Mid Tenn tire were ready and willing to fix it from the get go. They did an absolute wonderful job . It drives like a new truck !! I would highly recommend these guys and I will be back..”

“I recently purchased a new 2024 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid at Hallmark Hyundai. The salesperson, Billie, was wonderful. He knew all about the car and was able to get me the color and model I wanted, which they found and got to me the very next day! He even answered my text messages when I had questions. I have dreaded buying a new car all year, and this was such a seamless process. It was actually a great experience and I would highly recommend Hallmark Hyundai. I had looked at other dealerships but wasn’t impressed. Some sales people didn’t know much and some were too pushy. Billie was knowledgeable and clearly knew the business. “Very satisfied with my visit! QUICK service. Took less than an hour. (Started on my car around 2:30 on a Friday. So take that into account.) Reasonably priced for me, too! I came for two front tires for my 2010 Toy Corolla and Chris took care of me and answered all my questions. There was a young guy, I believe his name is Woody who came to give me updates about something with my hubcap, lug, or rim. (Not sure what it’s called. ? I know very little about it.) but it was potentially going to break and they wanted me to know what was going on and answered all my questions. I’m on the road traveling for work and a bit scared and tired and they made sure I was at ease and taken care of. Super thankful for them! ?When you come, just remember to be patient and if you don’t understand, just ask questions. He never made me feel stupid for the questions I asked. lol I hope you come when Chris is working. Older man with a soft voice soothing voice and great with customer service!”

“I called and got an estimate for new tires. They didn't have the tires I needed but the woman on the phone was very helpful and recommended I buy them online and make an appointment to install them. I did and it was so much cheaper then all other places I called for an estimate. I had my appointment and it was super fast and easy. The man who checked me in was nice and they texted me when my car was ready.”
“Needed a brake light replaced. Very quick service. Even checked my tire pressure. Local tire shop charged me $30 last time I was in the area. Walmart charged me $9 and even left me one extra bulb for next time.”

“I love the communication between employees and keeping me informed the whole way! The manager there impressed me as she made sure everything was done right while training a handful of people. Even while training they got me in and out in 15 minutes. Also, i didn't even know I had a filter inside my car. They showed me my cabin air filter. “My husband has been taking my car lately but both of us prefer this Jiffy Lube. We live very close to a Valvoline and a Walmart (2-5 minutes). The Jiffy Lube is a little over half an hour away. We both still prefer it. We find them to be very helpful and not overdoing the upselling like other places do. They do try to get us to add extra things from time to time, but it does seem much more reasonable when they do it and it’s not every single time we go. Employees there are much more helpful than at other places in my experience. We often use Groupon deals when we go.”
