I ordered a certain type of vase and no one call to inform me that the blue vase was sold out but still advertising it on the website as if they have it plus I purchased the premium and got the deluxe. I called before hand to see when will my wife flowers will be delivered because she was going into labor. Also I purchased the big teddy bear and received the small one. I called to see what was the issue no one ever answered the phone and never called me back. I’ll never order from here again. The customer service is terrible and if you decide to order flowers from here GOOD LUCK ??

I made the same mistake as many others have reported. I ordered flowers on 2/13 for delivery on Valentine's Day. The flowers were never delivered.I attempted to call around 5 PM to check on the status of the delivery. After 30 seconds with hold music, the line disconnects. I tried to call multiple times throughout the night.Today, 2/15, I attempted to call to get a refund. The line disconnects immediately after selecting between their options to speak with someone.I've submitted a claim to my credit card company and hope to get my refund resolved.Please don't use this service.

I give this company no stars I have been trying to call this company about an order I placed. I cannot get in touch with no one at this place and they let the phone ring once and hang up the phone. I am reporting this company for fraudulent activity.

I placed an order for flowers for my daughter to be delivered on 2/13/24. I received an email confirmation of my order. They were not delivered that day, or even the next. When I called to check on the order, I was told the person answering the phone was "in the back of the house" and given another number to call for the delivery line. That number routed me back to the first person. After several more attempts, I was given a third number which kept being busy. After calling the first number again, I was told they do not deliver to the zip code on my order (even though their online order system took the order, including my credit card number). I tried one of the numbers again, and was told they DO deliver to that zip code and that there was nothing on the table and that it must be on the delivery truck along with another order to that zip code. My daughter confirmed later that evening she still had not received the flowers. I have been trying for nearly an hour this morning to contact the florist, and after going through the prompts, my call is cut off without ever having spoken with anyone. I don't know if this business is a scam, poorly run, or took way too many orders than they can handle. I live in Arkansas, so I can't just drive over there to discuss this with the in person. Very, very disappointed, and wanting my money (which has already cleared my bank) returned

Whoever answered my phone call was very rude and short. Did not take the time to listen to my question. 2/15/24, to add to my original review, I have tried several times to contact this business and they just hang up without answering. Terrible customer service.

I'd leave no stars if I could. I placed an online order for flowers for my daughter to be delivered on 2/813/24. The website did say they deliver to her zip code, and their system took my order - and my money, including a tip for the driver. She didn't receive them that day, so i called the next day to check. Yes, I know Valentine's Day is a busy day for florists, so I was patient when I kept getting a busy signal. I finally go through to someone who gave me a number for the delivery line. I called but it rang back to her. She gave me a different number. Same thing. I tried again and got someone else who said she was "in the back of the house" and that she didn't handle deliveries and that they didn't deliver to that zip code. I pointed out the email confirmation I had received and what their website said. She told me to call one of the other numbers I had already been given. Someone finally answered and said the order (she had asked for the order number on my email confirmation) was not on her table and was probably on the delivery truck with another delivery to the same zip code. My daughter never received the flowers that day, either. I have been trying for nearly two hours today to get through, using the three phone numbers I have for them (from their website and that were given to me by people who answered the phone). Nothing is working. It either takes me through the prompts, puts me on hold, and then hangs up, or is busy. After doing some internet searching, I am finding bad reviews (similar experiences to mine), and different addresses for this business. After scrolling to the bottom of their website, there is a statement of zip codes to which they deliver and the zip code for my daughter's delivery is not listed, even though it is at the top of the page. Either this business is VERY INCOMPETENT or a SCAM! I guess I'm just going to have to write my money off as a learning experience - and the next time I go visit my daughter, actually drive to the business for a followup - if they haven't closed up shop or even exist. Don't waste your money.

I wish I would’ve looked at these reviews before ordering from this place. I ordered a peace lily for a friend who lost a family member. I called to confirm the order and they said it would go out that day. Well it never got delievered. No phone call from them and when I called to ask for my money back the person that answered sent me to a voicemail. This place is a fraud! Im so disappointed. I’ll be filing a claim with my bank and contacting the better business bureau

Not available to provide customer service the same day as when I called, ended up costing me a lot of money. I mistakenly ordered from them without realizing the delivery address was not included in their list of areas they deliver to (on their website it lists several zip codes and says they ONLY deliver to those areas). I didn’t realize this until the day of, so I tried to call and cancel but couldn’t get through to anyone. I ended up ordering from another florist and paid a lot for same day delivery, only for my original order from Nashville Florist to be delivered as well. If they weren’t slow to provide customer service, they could have let me know that they DO in fact deliver to my area, then I wouldn’t have placed another expensive order with another florist. They did refund the $30 delivery fee, although I’m not pleased with how this situation turned out.

Placed a delivery order on a Friday afternoon. Owner, Tracy, contacted me on Saturday morning to say that my order had come in too late for delivery that day and due to the holiday, the next day it could be delivered was Wednesday. They offered to refund me and cancel my order or to throw in an upgrade at no extra charge. I appreciated the proactive outreach very much! On Wednesday morning my sister sent a photo of the beautiful arrangement next to a lovely box of chocolates. Happy all around.

Flowers were not delivered at all even though I placed my order two weeks in advance. Terrible service. Lack of communication and professionalism. I called to ask if my flowers will be delivered because it was quite late almost 7 pm and they told me that will be delivered at the end of the day and that they will call me back to confirm, they never did. They don’t even call me next day to apologize or let me know the status. I called them back next day several times because they don’t answer the phone to track orders only to place an order and they told me that they did not deliver my flowers. Don’t waste your time and please DO NOT order from here, terrible service.
