It cost me $70 for Gel pedicure! They $20 extra for gel. I was pretty surprised. The lady kept hitting the toe nail and had to keep repainting. One side is darker than the other. Just not a good experience.

I did not have a good experience here today. ISSUE: there were miscommunication between myself and the NAIL technician, and I went in and asked for ombre and dip powder, nails the bottom color that I picked was a very dark blue and I thought that is what I was going to get my nails turned out this purple color that I am very unhappy with when I said something about it, the nail technician explained that she had told me the dark blue would not go Well with hombre and the bottom color that I was using which is pink bubble bath. I obviously did not understand that before she started doing my nails, so there was a communication barrier. I don’t know language barrier, not sure. But when I asked, the customer said that I was not happy with the color that they came out. I don’t feel like I was cared about or listen to and I’m really upset that I had to spend $75 on some thing that I am not happy With. They should have just done the right thing and made it right.
It is someone’s opinion on what colors go together when doing an hombre, I don’t really care if they thought it would have looked good or not I would have been happy with it and that was what I wanted originally..
In addition to this, their customer service skills were lacking I had to ask for something to drink. They were just not very polite…
I would appreciate if someone could reach out to me to make this right because I am very unhappy with my nails
This color is purple not dark blue like I picked out

I’m new to Tennessee. I’ve been getting powder dip on my nails for many years. I went here 2 days ago. Paid $50 for some kind of deluxe pedicure. Felt like a regular pedicure and they did nothing special at all.Then got my powder dip like I always do. I knew something was off toward the end when they put gel topcoat on my nails and then made me put my nails inside of the UV light.I’ve been getting powder dip for so many years, and I’ve never had that done unless I had some kind of a design on my nail.Long story short the following day, my nails started to peel.. by the time I got to them today they were multiple nails peeling. I went in there expecting to have the problem fixed without having to pay they charged me $15 to fix the nails. A few days ago I spent over $100 and gave that woman a $40 tip and she didn’t even say thank you. I definitely will never go back there again. And I will definitely never recommend them. That’s for sure . Normally I let things go and I normally don’t give bad reviews on anyone. But this definitely annoyed me badly. They definitely don’t deserve to have a good review. and then to top it all off, they are not clean at all.Services: Pedicure

Had my eyebrows done here today. Highly do NOT recommend. The lady was on the phone the whole time! Did not say 1 word to me!! VERY RUDE in my opinion!

I walked inside and the employees did not ask what I need or want my sister and I just sat down but when another customer came inside, I'm assuming she was a regular, the employees told her it would be two hours and for the lady to come back. I sat a little while longer after no one said anything te so I left they obviously did not want my business so I went somewhere else

This salon has been here for 18 years and I can see why. The staff was considerate, professional, and very talented. My mom and I both got pedicures and American manicures and are very pleased! Highly recommend!
