I dropped off my clothes and asked the guy for a receipt before I left, so that I can know how much my clothes were before I left. I also like having a receipt as a reminder to pick my clothes up. When I returned my cleaning bill was $50.00 dollars more. He claimed that he did not count all my clothes before he left. Well, why was I given a falsified receipt? It’s so unfortunate becauseI’ve been going to the cleaners for years. I’ve also been a consistent customer. When I initially asked if they were under new management, I was told that they were not. As if I couldn’t see that it was new people in the cleaners. Deception is not my forte! I will not be returning because they simply do not deserve my business.

Absolutely horrible. When I came to pick up my garments and comforter, they said they accidentally gave my comforter to another customer and just shrugged it off and said oh well we forgot to attach a ticket to it, we’ll call her and have her bring yours back. This was AFTER the pickup date, they had never called to tell me about the situation and a word of apology never crossed their lips. After another five days of no contact I stopped in to see what was happening and they said oh she just called today, she said she’ll bring it back by tonight. Again I had to be the one to go to them to get the information. Finally the next day, over a week past the original pickup date, I get the comforter back and it’s still covered in dog hair and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned at all. No apology, no discount, nothing besides the person literally laughing it off. Also gave them a faux leather jacket that was in perfect condition and when I got it back the material is crumbling and coming apart. The only other item I gave them was a 100% silk skirt which they put safety pins through. Wish I would have looked at reviews before I came instead of after. Do NOT go here.

Ruined 6 merino wool sweaters. Owner/manager said he would look into it and call me back. 4 weeks later, no call. No one answers their phone.

Lost my clothes $2,000 worth and my ticket still has an unclosed balance which means I still need to pick up my clothes… they spoke rudely to me and racially,,, also said they would do nothing about my lost clothes… horrible customer care and rude service!Service: Laundry wash & fold

Had a stain on a white dress shirt, the stain was not removed charged me extra without notifying me that she will need to charge me extra, and the stain was not removed and would not refund, on top of that she was very rude.

I honestly wish I had read the reviews before coming here. This place deserves ZERO stars and in my honest opinion should be out of business.Came on Tuesday to drop my suit off. Told them I needed it hurried as I was leaving town. They said it would be no problem and it would be ready by Wednesday. I show up Thursday morning to pick up my suit and they said it wasn't ready. As I was on my way out of town I told them it was unacceptable. They had informed me that my suit jacket and pants were done but my shirt wasn't. I told them that was fine, and that I would come back for the shirt.They then informed me that I would have to wait as my suit was not at this location. After going back and forth with the employee the manager got on the phone and had told me that they would bring it to this location. I said to save time and sanity that I would go to them to pick it up as I had a flight to catch. The manager then REFUSED to tell me the address of the other location, and insisted they drop it off. It took them 25 minutes to get to the location and the manager called the employee ahead of time telling her that she did not want to talk to me, and to not permit me to confront her when she pulled up. I did anyway, and the manager refused to roll the window down and even talk to me.Long story short. This place is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. The customer service is atrocious, the actual suit they "dry cleaned" is all wrinkled and they are expensive. I am still down a shirt and probably will have to kiss it goodbye. Do yourself a MASSIVE favor and go anywhere else. They have a location in madison so beware. But stay FAR away from these disgusting people.

WOULD NOT USE - Midtown damaged a $80 pair of pants. They refused to accept responsibility for the damage and accused us of bringing the clothing to them damaged. We asked to be treated fairly, but were denied. We were looking for some reasonable amount to go toward a replacement pair of pants. The pants were like new, but we didn't expect what we paid back. Owner refused to do anything. If you value your clothes, take them elsewhere. We all make mistakes. If you want to deal with someone that owns their mistakes and does what is right, this is not the place. If you do use them, take pictures of your clothes before you take them so you can prove the cleaners damaged them. Even then, don't count on being treated fairly.Service: Laundry pick-up

I've been here a few times for dry cleaning and always have a good experience. Plus they have a drive-thru window! They told me they might not be able to get stains out of my silk shirt, but they got them all out, and all for around $5! And when they saw my dog through the drive-thru window, they told him how cute he was.

awful. they over charged me a lot for dry cleaning my dress and when i called they said they would give me 30 dollars back. i went to go pick up my dress and they only gave me 20 back because apparently they had to do some special cleaning. super unclear and over charge.
