I was in JCP shopping and the salon manager walked up to me and was telling me about the sales and we ended up discussing hair, she was so nice, and really sweet so I ended up booking an appointment.

This is about the only big box store JC Penny left at the River gate Mall. The day we went though, they had a great sale!
