Their website says they open at 11 but I've been sitting here for ten minutes waiting. It appears they don't actually open until noon. I'm only here because they charge a FORTUNE to ship to home.

I was in JCP shopping and the salon manager walked up to me and was telling me about the sales and we ended up discussing hair, she was so nice, and really sweet so I ended up booking an appointment.

I purchased two boxes of dinnerware got home and had to return one box because it was the sample box and one place setting was left out upon calling . I had to bring the entire box back not just pick up the set that was on display I was given a different box to bring home Once I got home to unpacked dishes that box of plates were all broken. I made 4 trips to the store driving 20 miles both ways.all l got was an apology and the next time in the store you can get a discount on you next order. Which l found that to be ridiculous. I have been a card holder since 2004 and this was the worse experience l ever had. The only good thing can out of this was worker by the name of Tyrequie his performance's was outstanding. He help me to my car every time l had to return to the store. he was very respectful, very courteous and helpful. I need assistance because l just had surgery. I just felt like something should’ve been done before I left the store and not wait for another visit. Gas is too high. I should’ve just returned everything to the store.

We went to the photo studio to take silly Christmas photos and our photographer was INCREDIBLE. We had such a great time and the pictures turned out incredible. I wish I would've caught her name. 10/10 recommend.

The costumer service in jewelry was terrible . I was rushed and constantly reminded that the store was about to close. The individual also had a bad attitude making me feel as if my money was unwanted . She acted as if she didn't want to do her job and lied about having certain items without checking first.

Purchased mattress. Not informed of lengthy delivery time. Ship from manufacturer then after that 5-10 days before receiving it.
Then I tried to cancel and if they do I would have to wait for my credit to be returned after it goes back to manufacturer
DONT Order ANYTHING ONLINE .
I FEEL IM GETTING SCAMMED
7 days in and no response back when to deliver sleeping on the floor
