went into Hancock jewelry just looking for a watchband very small purchase. The ladies there were very helpful took their time help me select the band put it on for me. I would recommend them for any of your purchases small or large . They were very help and courteous.

I never left feedback from my experience from a couple years ago. I think this is a case of "better late than never"?
I left a stone and setting to have mounted back in its original setting A couple weeks later I noticed the diamond LOOSE!! First thing I did was go back to Hancock's to have that corrected, and they did. Bottom line was, they had set the stone, it ended up loose and they charged me a second time to correct a loose stone set by them! They had set the stone days before? Just did not seem fair to charge again couple weeks later to tighten a stone they had days before. A bad policy decision that cost me twice?

Absolutely Incredible Experience.
A few years back, my father and I had a ring re-sized and polished for Mother's Day and I was so happy with the outcome that this shop had to be on the list for when I went to choose a ring for my Fiancé.
And sure enough, there was a ring in the store that was a perfect rose gold blend and shape, and after choosing the setting it wasn't a few minutes later that I was given a wonderful deal to fill the slot with a beautiful diamond that would've cost me 3 times the amount elsewhere.

Had my dad’s wedding ring resized to fit my son. They did it quickly and at a very reasonable price. The ring looks great! I’ll definitely use them for any of my jewelry needs.

Popped in to get a watch battery and link taken out of a watch band. They fixed me right up! Amazing service and beautiful showroom. They also showed me a custom necklace they were working on for another customer. Beautiful workmanship!
