Edit to add: was contacted by the Manager who claims I’m lying and said “we didn’t do that to you” referring to my review… excuse me .. didn’t do what to me ?! .. denied our refund and claims she checked the rooms but how ?! You weren’t there … and when I tried to contact you I wasn’t given an option for a voicemail I was told you weren’t there and weren’t going to be till the next day. No even attempt to fix the problem … when I said I would go above her she told me to “go right ahead” . .
Absolutely disgusting. My husband and I came here with our children after driving a 14 hr day. We stayed at another Hampton inn location with no issue . Our first room was disgusting. A full chip between the headboard and the mattress . There was a fingernail on the headboard . Hair on the towels. We get moved to a new room (front staff was very nice) I check the room again and there was a white nymph that could have been a bedbug . I am not 100% certain that’s what it was but at that point I was done. They offered no refund and gave us the number to call the manager. That number goes to the front desk so I wasn’t able to speak with her . . (Reservation name was under Candow not Zavagno )

We stayed at the goodlett Hampton inn on August 1st there was a bad lightning storm and the power in our room was off from 11 pm till we left at 9 am there was no hot water for a shower or washing , I have a Capp that I could not use when I slept, no a/c or heat it was quite warm being it is summer,
The only way to get down from the 2nd floor with our luggage was a flight of stairs that was pitch black, we asked about a partial refund and all we heard was that the manager was on vacation needless to say it was a horrible stay

The room was very clean and the staff was helpful. Unfortunately, the highway noise was very loud. I felt like I was in the middle of the highway. The staff attempted to provide another room and it was just as noisy. It’s going to be a long night?.

The hotel is very nice, clean and the rooms are very nice, breakfast ends early at 9 so I couldn't eat any day I was there, what I didn't like is that they don't clean your room every day so we had to ask for it. clean towels at reception

Very good nice people. Close to everything.
Rooms: Clean large also quite. I felt like I was the only one in the building When I went down stairs there were several people
Nearby activities: Close to anything you wanted to go to.
Safety: Parking lot very safe also building.
Walkability: I could walk to a restaurant and a couple of other places. There was a mall close also

Me and the hubbies did a parent ran away and enjoyed ourselves. We met one of the front desk workers named Kray(sorry if I got it wrong), but he helped us out and gave us places to go. He was very helpful. Everyone was nice and respectful, and i must say whomever cooked breakfast the wknd we were there. Thank you. Everything was fresh the fruits, them potatoes and yogurts were my favorite. Hope to come back and have the same experience or even better. We came 5/24-5/28 and had a great Memorial Day. were able to visit family. We didn't know where close by. Thank you

Clean and friendly all around, but when breakfast is over it is shut down quickly.
Nearby activities: The Chefs Market nearby is a great place to eat.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The staff was very rude. We traveled here for a baseball tournament and were kicked out of the lobby at 9pm. Even worse, the police were called to clear the lobby. It was a Saturday night and we gathered in the lobby to watch the final four basketball games. No one was being loud. No one was cheering for a particular team or being disrespectful in any way. We have spent many nights in hotels hanging out in the lobby or other common areas and it has never been a problem. If you are traveling with a large group or team steer clear of this one!
Also, the pool was practically un- swimmable. All of the kids were coughing and complaining of sore eyes and my son had a rash on his legs after only a few minutes in the pool.

Traveled here with our boys baseball team for a tournament. Have never experienced anything like it. Was 9:15pm on final four weekend(a saturday) and our parents and a handful of kids were in the lobby watching the game and Andrea who was working the front desk called the cops on us because she said the lobby closed at 9pm. Never once did she tell us the lobby was closing. We were making MINIMAL noise. And when I say minimal, I mean minimal. For any teams traveling for sports or even groups traveling together hoping for a lobby to be able to hang out in rather than be confided to your room, stay away from this hotel. Also, the GM saying she was watching us through hotel cameras was a little creepy to say the least. Awful experience

If you have a sports team and need a place to stay, beware. For no reason, the night staff had the police come and tell kids and parents playing a card game to leave the lobby. Disregarding their own posted lobby hours. What an experience cold water small showers and no clean towels.
Noteworthy details: Night staff is very mean. Called police on playing apples to apples.
