My daughter, who’s 2, absolutely loves being at Kindercare. The director is the sweetest and the teachers are top-notch. Ms. Quita alone is the reason we’re here. A few months ago we had a terrible experience with another care center and she was not only sympathetic and nurturing but made me feel secure in my decision to find another center and them being the center I chose. Their Summer activities were so fun splash days and chicken hatching. They had much more we weren’t able to attend. A chili cook-off with loads of fun for little ones kicking off the start of the school year. My daughter wants to go to “school” these days and we can’t wait for their fall activities. If you’re asking me it's a 10 out of 10. <3

My daughter has attended Kindercare since August of 2022. The faculty and staff have been so loving and nurturing to her. I have peace of mind leaving my daughter in their care.

I have two kids ages 4 and 1 who I had to transfer to the Goodlettsville Kindercare location due to being closer to work and they made the transition easy for my kids and for me. You get welcomed at the door by Ms LaQuita and she is very sweet and loves on your kids like they are her own. My kids always smiling and learning alot. I do recommend Kinder Care Goodlettsville and trust me, I was skeptical at first but I do trust them with my kids.

The experience at the Goodlettsville location has been amazing. My daughter has been there since she first learned to walk. The staff go over and beyond to accommodate family requests and ensure the safety of each child. I highly recommend this facility for your childcare needs.

My daughter went here for less than 3 months. She was never changed always came home with terrible diaper rashes. She was a few months old laying on her back with a bottle when I would come in sometimes. Wasn’t the best care

I left in tears after touring the facility with my child. After telling the assistant director that my child was on the spectrum, it was suggested for me to set up therapy in the facility in order to help them manage my child during nap time and story time. One of the teachers was extremely rude, did not speak when introduced and gave my child disgusting looks while I was speaking with the assistant director. I felt that my child was unwanted and when I asked why the staff was rude, I was told that they were probably tired because it was the end of the day. Unacceptable.

The lack of communication from the administration was our biggest issue. When our child attended there last spring there was a gun left in a child's backpack and the school waited several hours to say anything to the parents. I hoped they used that experience to improve their communication and security. Also if you are looking for a school like environment we felt like this was more daycare like than what our family needed in a pre k. I will say the actual teachers in the classroom where always friendly and good to the kids.

In the last few months my experience at this center has been gravely disappointing and poor. I do not understand how this center center continues to receive high positive reviews when my child was injured by another teacher…DCS and DHS policy state that in the world of early childhood education, safety of children is first priority.‼️However this is not the policy that is being followed at this center. It takes integrity, honesty, character, a love of learning, a love for early childhood, a true love for children and their families, and much more to be able to work in the field of early childhood education; and these things have not been reflected in this center. Along with my child being injured by a teacher(to include X-rays and a sling), he has also been sent home with other children’s belongings ??, experiencing high turnover with teachers (which I understand can be common in childcare) and directors, and even suffered unnecessary injuries (biting and scratching)from other children. While I understand that children will be children, and early childhood is the phase where they are always learning and exploring; I also understand that DHS puts policies and procedures in place for early childhood professionals to be able to follow‼️The point of having these types of policies and procedures is so that they serve as a guideline to be adhered to, not dismissed. I do not recommend any parent placing their child in this center‼️

No. The center was dirty, the babies were not being interacted with just the usual feeding and letting them crawl everywhere. The tour guide had no idea we were coming and was told that we could enroll but upon arriving was told there was a year long waiting list. The people there were sweet. This center needs a deep clean and to be remodeled, super outdated.

I love this daycare center for so many reasons! First and foremost I have seen the brightest change in my 2 yr old daughter. I have always felt she needed more than what our previous daycare was providing and I am so thankful I listened to my instinct. She comes home so happy, as this childcare center provides an enriching structured curriculum filled with fun, engaging activities daily. She used to be such a mess at her old center, misbehaving and bouncing off the walls from what I suspect was from basic boredom. I have seen huge leaps in her growth and development in many areas. This includes vocabulary, social skills and general behaviors. She interacts so well with other children and never meets a stranger when we are out and about together. It’s very apparent that her teachers have that needed time to work with her one on one and help her grow. She is all the time telling me or showing me something that we haven’t talked about in our home and she learned at school. I am very happy with this childcare center and would recommend highly to anyone looking in the area. They also do an excellent job of keeping me informed about what’s happening through the school app. It’s very nice to check in on what she is doing and look at some pictures taken during her day while I am stuck at work :) Just a little added bonus!

Switching my child to KinderCare was one of the best decisions we have made for her. The staff is tentative, caring, supportive & encouraging of all the children. Each classroom in the facility has an abundance of toys, books, learning material, some even have class pets ! They have developed new measures for keeping the children safe & healthy during the pandemic & so far everything is working well !

The teachers and staff have been wonderful. They keep me updated on my son’s day, share news and important information. It is easy to email and communicate with them regularly. My son loves it there. He has a great schedule and a good routine. His teacher’s truly care about his development, health and safety!

We have been at KinderCare for almost 2 years and love it! The teachers and staff truly care for the kids. They have an amazing age appropriate curriculum and I have been amazed at my child’s developmental growth over the years. My child looks forward to going to “school” and loves all the teachers and classmates. The center is constantly striving to maintain a level of excellence and welcomes open communication and involvement with the parents. We are so thankful for KinderCare!
