Fast service, reasonable prices. Good communication from the employees and I felt like they were being honest with me, which is always a concern when I go to an auto mechanic.

Just transferred there from another major chain where they would try to coerce me into putting synthetic oil in my 2002 Subaru. Were always extra charges added to the coupon price. Local store was always understaffed and behind schedule.Your store is very efficient... right on time with the product I wanted. Employee was very personable. Price was just what I expected. I'm sold.

On short notice this location took great care of me and my family. I will be switching from years at the local pep boys to this location of Firestone. I look forward to doing business with all of my family vehicles.

I usually love this location. I needed air in my tire, and the person working the front desk at 8:00 am on Sunday 1-15 was very rude. He came outside and specifically told me “How do you expect me to put air in your tires from way back there”, instead of giving me a proper direction on where to go. A simple instruction to pull my car up to Bay 1 would have been fine.

I trust the alignment they did, but was advised that I needed a new boot on the right side cv axel. Was told it was leaking bad and would be around a $500+ job. I took it to my local mechanic who showed it to me & there was no tear or leakage. Will not be returning to Firestone

NEVER keep their appointment promise. I'm talking about simple tire repair and rotate them. You think, quick in and out, however my 1pm appoint, while I'm waiting, is now 4:30pm.....how much waiting do they think is reasonable? But it's always the same thing and I will never buy tires from them again. Discount Tire is so much better, sorry I tried another chain.

Excited to find location open on Sunday, opens earlier than other option in town. Last good point about this location.Entered to a man who doesn't know how to say good morning, instead "what you need Man"I have a tire needs a plug/patch."You can leave it and I'll try to have it ready by 5pm." (It's 845am)"I only have 1 person who showed up and 6 cars here already"Ok, so why are you auditing deposit slips to daily sales reports? You'd think your 1 guy might need some support! Employer of choice, not!NTB opened at 9, lost customer

Firestone got caught lying to me about the condition of my wheel cylinders. They tried to pressure me into replacing them on the spot and even went as far as to mention the issue if I don’t replace them that I run the risk of my breaks just going out with how bad they were leaking and how bad the corrosion was.It sounded pushy and I decided to take my car to two other shops. Both shops found no leaking or issues with my wheel cylinders and didn’t know why Firestone said otherwise. When I called back to get Firestone to send over the estimate with the notes on how bad my wheel cylinders were, he refused stating it was against company policy. He then backtracked on what the severity was. When I recalled to him our prior conversation, he said the “technician” mentioned what would happen if I didn’t replace them, that he never said the parts were already heavily corroded. We disagreed about the rendition, and I then reminded him of how he told me it wasn’t safe to even be driving it back to my home because you never know when the parts would fail and my breaks go out…I then called him out and told him I had multiple shops take a look and found nothing wrong with it. That Firestone was engaging in dishonest and malicious practices. That I had called back the day I brought my car in to inform them that I’d hold off on the work until I could get the funds together to pay for it.(because I would get a second opinion first, the situation didn’t feel right)The person on the phone then tried to sell me on a 0interest Firestone credit card…In order to get anything in writing about the way my wheel cylinders conditions are, I’d have to had done it while my car was at the shop.I proceeded to tell him “Great, so if I bring it in tomorrow you can check the wheel cylinders and you should be able to give me the exact same diagnosis as the first time right?”He said yes. But too bad, they didn’t have any openings up.I asked to speak to another manager or get his superiors information. He proceeded to get upset and hung up on me.Do not go here for work. The Shop in Hendersonville is honest and better priced. Hendersonville tire store is also honest and fair prices. I’m sure you could find so many better options who arnt looking to steal and Rob clients.

Came here to get my tire fixed, I was met by a very nice person up front who quickly helped and diagnosed my issue. Told me their available solutions, price and time cost. When we realized it was not a good fit, I was sent on my way with well wishes and quality information to help me solve my tire problem specific to my identified and diagnosed issues. The assistance I received was stellar, this firestone is run like a well oiled, professional machine. They did not have what I want and did not try to force what they want down my throat. They worked as professionals to look past wants and prescribed what the situation asked for to fulfill my needs as a customer. Feeling pleasured 4/5, 5/5 if I got fixed there.

So others don't make the same mistake I did... Do not go to the Firestone (Bridgestone) in Goodlettsville. Awful service. Incompetent service. I waited an hour and 15 minutes after my appointment to even get my car into the bay. Once it was done (weirdly fast), I started driving it and immediately noticed it was shaky and the tire pressure light came on. Cue the u-turn and right back over. Come to find out, they didn't pressure the tires correctly (they initially tried to say it was possibly a bad sensor without even looking). My mistake was thinking they'd do a balance with the rotation and alignment. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like a question they ask- if you're anything like me, you rely on the "experts" to know what questions to ask. Told me they wouldn't balance the tires til Monday or Tuesday even though I'd just been there 5 minutes prior. Finally- my hub cap FLEW OFF while I was driving home. TLDR; Avoid Goodlettsville Firestone. Incompetent, poor service.
