The Dollar General in Carlisle Ohio is very cluttered and dirty. They have one register open and no other employees will come up to open up another register so a lot of customers stand in line waiting for a long periods worst service ever customer's have walked out.

The manager at the dollar general in Oakridge, Oregon is extremely rude!! The way she talks to and treats customers is horrifying!! I don’t know how she’s working there. Something needs to change quick because honestly she should never be around people!!!

Dollar General has moved into the old CVS lot in Anoka, MN. They have been trash neighbors since the store opened. I live right next to DG in Anoka and their delivery driver makes super late night deliveries that are directly against the City of Anoka Noise Ordinances which is 10pm-7am.
DG also do not pick up the trash that blows around the parking lot and around back. After months of putting up with it, I started reaching out to various agencies in the community but DG keeps persisting. I even tried to talk to the manager on duty and she told me that the trash is the community's responsibility and they don't have any responsibility to maintain the grounds, but there is also an ordinance about that. One email to community development and next day the grounds are miraculously cleaned.
As I started earlier I am a resident of this neighborhood and I will never stop being vocal about how negative DG conducting business in my neighborhood has been. If DG wants to do business they need to comply with our local ordinances and laws just as the rest of us do. Just because DG generally moves into food deserts and rural areas and residents are powerless, we are not in Anoka. We have plenty of businesses available to shop from. It is too bad that I have to boycott the business directly across the street from my house because it would be convenient to shop there in a pinch, but it is what it is.

What in the world has happened to Dollar General!! Our Woodstock, Ga store has become repulsive Hwy 92 and 5!!! I was in yesterday and as usual you couldn’t move for all the carts and totes! No employee speaks without being spoken to first! What happened to customer service! The cashier was obviously unhappy to be there, he was struggling to be nice. This store was great at one time, there was a manager and employees who took pride in this store.

The dollar general on North Euclid in Bay city Michigan is a pigsty. Most isles are crammed full of merchandise that a person can barely walk thru, plus the floors look they haven't been washed in months I certainly won't go there again.

Dollar general STINKS!!! When I've asked "When are you going to get some cell phones in?" it's always the same crap of "When ever they get here!!!!" I'm NOT shopping at dollar general for any thing or any reason ever again!!! POOR customer service & when a certain item or certain items are requested I always get their lousy attitude that's very RUDE & UNCALLED for! Family dollar IS FAR BETTER than dollar general ever had been & ever will be!!!! Also the store on Cherry Street here in Pineville Kentucky IS OFTEN times very UNCLEAN & CLUTTERED WITH MERCHANDISE & BOXES ALL OVER the place & that's also VERY UNHEALTHY especially when there's people who have very serious medical conditions like I do. The floors are often times very UNCLEAN & filthy & looks like that they don't clean the floors very often. When I request a certain item I expect to see in the store & NOT have to keep asking for this same thing every time I go to see if they got that item in yet or not. Family dollar here in Pineville Kentucky HONORS their customer's request & they see to it that item is in the next shipment!????You on the other hand DON'T honor your customers or their request (s) for certain things or a certain item at all!!! Either shape up or CLOSE your doors for good!!!!

Cashier's are a little nosey. Beside shopping eyepiece is okay 7 of 10. Stores can be messy while there in afternoon. Carts in aisles not being put away. Don't want sell you something they won't

DG in Princeton Missouri is loaded with aisles packed with Mercandise bin not unloaded constantly
Always behind in milk deliveries and expectation dates are way too close for Milk etc…
This store has gone down hill more each year

The Dollar General Store about a mile from me in Elmo, Texas, is horrible. When it was first opened, it was neat, clean, and well organized. The manager that was there was friendly and she expected her employees to be the same. She would go out of her way to help her customers. The one that is there now is not friendly. The store looks like a disaster. Every isle is full of freight so that you can not get down them. The store looks really trashy all of the time. Most of the employees do not even speak. I am to the point that I don't want to shop there. I had rather drive 7 to 10 miles to shop at Walmart.

I used to love dollar general in arley until y'all fired the friendliest manager there Amber loche now me and my whole family are leaving your business and taking it elsewhere the new manager has a ego problem and not friendly at all it has became the worst store in arley anyone with dignity wouldn't ever shop there again

She is a great asset to your store. We were there at at 8:11. She is so sweet and accommodating. I give her 5 stars. Take care of her she is wonderful!!
