I bought my daughter this ball and it never worked and I was sad because it was a Christmas gift so it was supposed to be special for her. It never lit up and strobe light like it was supposed to.store won’t let me return it

Can you please turn the heat on in the Pittsburgh area stores. It is freezing in the stores. Also, you do not give your employees enough hours and please pay them at least another $1 and hour and if possible $2 dollar raise. In the summer the air needs to be put on too. Your Mford, pa, port jervis, NY and Shohola, pa stores are out of ADA regulations. No wheelchair can maneuver the entrance or aisle. . Disgraceful....upload your own image, better yet..see for yourself.
