I’ve been to this salon multiple times for pedicures and always have left happy until yesterday. Went in with a girlfriend from out of town, and we were seated for pedicures as soon as we walked in. The actual pedicure service was good, but the lady doing my pedi (didn’t catch her name as I don’t believe she was wearing a name tag) just did not paint my toenails nicely or completely at all. She had to remove gel polish from my toes (charged $5 extra which is fine). I didn’t want gel polish on my toes again this time, so I just asked for regular polish in the color Bubble Bath. She did not coat all of the nails completely, did not leave any time to dry, got polish in my cuticles that I had to ask them to remove, and she nicked one of my cuticles pretty badly. The length of my toenails are all uneven and a couple of the actual nails were lifted/chipped on the corners. This salon is pricey, and usually I’m happy to pay the higher price because the atmosphere and employees are typically so nice. However, I will not be returning after yesterday’s visit.

Absolutely horrible I had a inspo pic and the guy done the complete opposite. Me and my mom told them to redo bc of how terrible they looked and they were done by a different guy and he painted the nails bad too. They are bubbly and are all over my skin. Never agian.

I went in to get my nails done the guy was very rough told me I couldn't watch him do my nails then after he got two nails done he said he couldn't do powered with French tip I ask if anyone else could he said no just me he wouldn't fix it told me to go across the street to get them fixed very rude that place shouldn't be open if they can't do nails I don't see how he has license to do nails if he can't do them

I told him the shape and length 3 times and even showed him a reference picture. My nails are different lengths, my acrylic is lumpy and lopsided. Worse full set of the 16yrs I’ve been getting my nails done. And I asked for a design, he decided to make tiger strips and I stopped him. I asked can anyone in the shop do designs and he said “no she went back to Vietnam”. THEN WHY put me in your chair if you can’t replicate the reference picture. This was my first and LAST time. I think his name is Mike from the receipt. And I had to ASK for cuticle oil at the counter since he didn’t give me any AFTER continually cutting my cuticles with the drill bit.Update**I was rebooked with @SculptedbyYoung who is an independent nail tech within this shop. He basically performed surgery on my nails. His work is EXCEPTIONAL! Thank you for making it right Young! I’ll ONLY book with him going forward. The second picture is his work.

The service was nice. But i made an appointment but still had to wait 30 min till i could get my nails done. completely understaffed. and my nails turned out chuncky and full of bubbles that the nail tech missed. and he was very aggressive towards me and kept hitting my hands and telling me to relax which is as very disrespectful.

I have never in my life been charged $75 for dip on bare nails. Normally something like this is between $55-$65. Im guessing its because i walked in late, i should have known better to start with. The design i wanted wasnt accommodated because of the time. I am overall not pleased with the nails, There is spots on them like they bumped into something and theyre uneven, polish on the back side wasnt removed. I will never go back here, as i feel i was price gouged for walking in late and do not think my nails look like they should cost $75. I tipped good because i tip good everywhere, but will not recommend and will not return.

Do not waste your time coming here! Worst nail salon I’ve ever been too! I got my nails done last week for an important event and they looked terrible, felt so cheap (even though they were not!!) looked lumpy, and the color was everywhere, maybe that’s why they named the place after cuticles cause that’s what they were painting. The day I got them done two of my nails got ripped off and took most of my actual nails off with them, just by grabbing bags out of my car, fast forward 4 days same thing happened with another one, im in so much pain and don’t know what to do. Wish I knew then what I know now, would have saved me time, money, and from a whole lot of pain!Service: Dip powder

Hilary always does an incredible job with my nails. Everyone there is super friendly. I highly recommend especially if you like dip nails. Ben also does an incredible job with designs.
