Dr. Hill and the rest of the staff were amazing. They addressed all my pets needs, with a follow-up text the following morning.

The staff are super friendly, they cared about the well being of my kitty and got me in the same day I called about my sick kitty. Definitely recommend them for your fur baby needs.

My young Lab was limping. I was told by 4 other vets including a specialist that cost 500 just for diagnosis of my young Lab, everyone else said ACL surgery.Dr Dee Dee said wait and see let’s do water exercises. Slow progressive swimming and walking has him 4 months later with no limp. I’m very optimistic that he will continue to get stronger. Not only did Dr Dee Dee’s wisdom save my buddy from a lot of unnecessary pain and suffering but she also saved him from surgery costing between 6-10,000 dollars.

They have all new staff and it is nothing like it used to be. They don’t answer their calls and it takes 2 days for a return call. My pet needed ear drops and they said he had to come in to be seen to verify it was an infection. Fine. But then I found out that the ear drops they sold me were generic but charged me for the name brand. I looked up the price from their online pharmacy for those same eardrops and found out I was billed 3x’s the price as it would have cost from their online pharmacy. They also tried to tell me they couldn’t find record of the blood work that they just did in June so they wanted to do it again and charge me another $350 for what I already paid for. This place has gone down hill so bad and is a major rip off. I won’t be back.

Companion is now abruptly closed. The faceless, soulless, corporate overlords have coldly decided to not allow a retirement celebration on August 15th.Many thanks to Drs. Ergen & Miller for their excellent service over the years. And best wishes in your retirement. - jL

I have been bringing my babies here for over 15 years. They have helped me with transitioning 3 of them. Dr. Ergen and Dr. Miller are amazing, kind, caring and empathic. I recently saw Dr. Mitchell who was great as well. This is the only place I would trust with my babies!! The entire staff are incredible!!

Even though my dog Tootie becomes very anxious when we visit Companion Animal Hospital, Dr. Ergen and Dr. Miller are unfailingly gentle and patient with her. In addition they both take whatever time is needed for Tootie's care and then answering all my questions. Give them a try!

I've been bringing my dog here for 2 years now and never had a problem until Thursday. My dog got into the pantry and ate a loaf of raisin bread. If you don't know raisins are incredibly toxic to dogs and time is of the essence If they eat them.Anyways I contacted companion animal hospital while I was on my way to them to let them know, and I was told no worries and bring him in immediately. When I got there, and explained to the lady at the front what was going on, she told me that she was sorry but there was no way that my dog could be seen.If I needed immediate attention I should go to The Franklin location.I explained that I had already been on the phone at this location and was told to bring him in, and I asked her if she could please speak to the veterinarian that I talked with. The girl at the desk looked at me and told me that maybe I shouldn't feed my dog raisins in the future to avoid this problem, and that she wasn't going to waste the vets time with a hopeless case.No sympathy or remorse from her whatsoever, she didn't care that my dog could die within minutes, or develop any of the raisin related issues that might come along.Anyways I drove to a different veterinarian in the area and they took care of my dog no problem and he suffers no long-term effects thankfully. No thanks to companion animal hospital and their hard-hearted staff.
