“I know this review is really, really late on posting this review . But here it goes , I was lucky enough to shop the " Everything is a Dollar " sale in January . And I was able to get some great yarn for my afghans Can't wait for the next sale . Thanks?”
“What a gem! Came here for Honky Tonk Tuesday (was recommended by a few locals). Good vibes and good people. It's like walking into a time capsule of yesteryear. A lot dress up in hat/boots but it seemed like everyone's cool if you just come as you are. And the Cowpokes are absolutely amazing! Two-steppin to great music for a great cause. What more could you ask for?”
“NBIC has been a blessing to so many small / minority owned businesses in Nashville. Serving on the Junior Board I have seen the direct impact this organization has had in the community. Angela Crane-Jones has been a great leader and I 10/10 recommend!”
“The facilities are always clean. The staff is wonderful, accommodating, and always very pleasant. The youth staff in the infant room are fantastic! They always recognize my child and me, and are very engaging. My one year old Theodora loves visiting the Y!”
“We have only gone once, but going here was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is very relaxed, which compels people to be open and share their own personal experiences.Mikey was a great speaker, had a calming voice and was very eloquent in his explanations of the teachings, all while intertwining them with the modern day.We will definitely be back, and will probably become regulars. Grateful that we have a space like this so close to home.”
“It bothers me so bad when people complain about having to put their donations in the correct place. Who do you think you are? Goodwill is a NON PROFIT CHARITY.... Not a shopping mall. Of course you need to put your items away, do you think you're to good for that? Those people work really hard and most civilians have no idea just how many people come through there a day. And there's not a ton of people lining up to work at goodwill. So put your big girl and big boy panties on when it's time to go to goodwill and put your items on the bins where they belong. Period”

1716 Rosa L Parks Blvd, Nashville“Volunteered at the new women and children's campus, it took some time to get it built, but it's beautiful and they do good work here. Glad to be part of that ?”
“About like any other Goodwill. We didn’t have an issue with anything or anyone. Selection was right on par with everywhere else. Everything was in order and was easy to find. Every employee we dealt with was nice. The one who checked us out was super pleasant. Like most Goodwills, the line was long as they only had a couple of people working the checkouts. But wasn’t super slow. We found several deals on items and was happy. I’ll be back to see what kind of deals I can secure in the future.”
“Ginormous selection of cloths. New items daily and their tagging system is useful, it tells you what day the item was put out. I have found Levi's, Tommy Hilifiger and South Pole pants here. However, the fitting rooms can sometimes be trashed, especially the left one of the men's sections this one always smells awful and had cloths everywhere. Not to mention, there is usually a line to check out. Apart from that there is lots to find.”
“I was heading to Hermitage for an errand so I decided I'd deliver some donation items while in the area. It did not disappoint! Similar to its counterpart in the Boro, this location has the option to "drop and go"; no need to interact with an employee (assuming the weather is decent, that is.)The donation drop-off is located on the side of the store complete with a well-marked drive-up/thru lane, chained and coned off.On this visit there were several bins neatly lined up against the wall, each labeled by department (e.g. "household items", "clothing/shoes", etc.) One item I was donating was a little awkward to manage, so an associate rushed over to assist. It wasn't necessary, but I really appreciated their effort and kindness.”
“There are a couple of newer faces at this location now and the customer service was much improved. I was in and out in 30 seconds and didn't even have to get out of my car. The older gentleman was friendly and took care of my bags for me.”
“My kids like it, wish the park was a little bigger. We like the community center, it's full of activities and toys for the kids for all ages. Their favorite area is the splash pad during summer time. They just built a very big pavillion next to splash pad.”
