The location was good for where we needed to be and the room was spacious, but that's about where the good parts ended. The walls were stained with some sort of brown spots, the ceiling was damaged over the tub and looked like there was a bad water leak or something at some point that was never really repaired, the jets on the tub were so loud we could hardly use them, there was no seating area as advertised, and the amenities were not as advertised either. (Hot tub was non-existent, which is one of the big things we wanted to take advantage of.) The pool was dark and VERY humid, and the "fitness center" was full of rusted, broken equipment and wasn't really useable. There was even a sign at the desk that basically said they don't clean rooms unless you ask for it. We will be back in the area for sure, but we will definitely find a better place to stay. Motel 6 quality for Holiday Inn price.

Just utter disappointment and disbelief on checking into my room, it was 100% obvious the room was dirty and was not cleaned well but the more I looked the worse it was. The amount of mold amd dirt in the first room was just pure laziness on whomever is cleaning this place. The gym is a death trap the equipment is rusted the floors are nasty and the 2 treadmills didnt even work. It's just sad seeing a Comfort Suites ruined by piss poor management. The hotel is absolutely run down and around the doors and ac units the walls are crumbling apart. The doors are always open so anyone can come in the side doors, there is also crackheads living here as they're always outside not watching their kids.

Not exactly clean. Just ok, though. Smelled funny, could hear others running above. Not once was breakfast area wiped clean while we were there. If you are tired and need to rest, it's OK.

Do not stay at this place. We booked a room for July 10 at Comfort Suites At Rivergate Mall. Upon being given room 228, we instantly noticed the horrible smell. We found mold on the bed skirts, coming through the sheet from the mattress, night stand, and what looked like poop all over the sheets.
We went down and were given room 205 instead. We found more of the same in room 205. Mold on the nightstand, rust, and black mold on the door frame to the bathroom. Pics are attached. We said we weren't staying and were told they could not give us a refund so we had to dispute the charge.
We are reporting to both Choice Hotels and the health inspector for Nashville.
Rooms: Both room 205 and 228 smell horrible and there is mold all over. These are not safe.

We had a very comfortable stay here, close to all of the places and people we planned to see.
Location is clean and quiet. Check in and check out we’re simple.
Dana, the breakfast hostess is sweet and helpful in every way, delightful! And, we were absolutely blessed to share a cup of coffee with the teacher of Grace Bible Church and felt very welcomed during the Sunday service.
This location was a real God send! Thanks!
Nearby activities: It was an easy commute to Dave & Busters at the Mall and convenient distance to The Buttermilk Ranch in the 12 South district. Thanks for a nice stay! We enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the front patio!

Over all not that bad, based on the price.
Rooms: Meh
Nearby activities: Plenty of restaurants and shopping centers.
Walkability: Lots of place to visit and shop. Most locations are about 10 minute walk

Would not recommend it. If you’re able to stay in a nicer place by all means please do. My husband and I stayed here our first 2 nights on vacation and paid extra for an early check which was fine. The staff was friendly and welcoming for the most part. Right away the rooms don’t look very clean, the sheets have stains and have a smell so do the carpets and sofas. The room also had a moldy smell to it. The first night was ok but the smell was unpleasant. The second and last night when I woke up I had bed bug bites on my arm. Just disgusting. As we were heading out housekeeping was on the phone in the hallway, so no wonder there were bedbugs. Would not recommend it at all it’s not worth the price. We have stayed at worse-rated hotels with better cleanliness. If possible I’d recommend spending a little more money at a better location.

Keep going to another hotel! Roach was in our room and we basically went in and saw it! Moved to another room! This was the lowest class hotel we stayed in this week! Kids are still talking about this hotel and not for good reasons! Oh and pool was not available either!

Awful! Our first room was not cleaned from the previous guest. We walked in and the beds were unmade, towels on the floor, and trash left. The second room has a really dirty bathroom (back around drains and faucets.. and we found 3 COCKROACHES before grabbing our things and demanding a full refund. The clerk was not surprised at all about anything I reported, and agreed to full refund (however can take 10 days to process!!) the manager didn’t want to give me anything in writing, however he eventually agreed.

POOL CLOSED!! We booked this hotel just because it had a pool and hot tub. We went to check it out before dinner and our key wouldn’t work so we went to the desk and he said he would open it for us and we said OK. we’ll be back in a little bit. We’re going to get some dinner. Came back, went and got our suits on and walked down. The door still wasn’t opening so I walked to the desk and he said oh it’s closed. I said what do you mean what time did it close? He said they normally close at 10, but because there’s no lights in there he was told to close it. This was at 5:30 in the evening and there was still plenty of light from outside, but he said he wasn’t allowed to open it! Not happy plus we found out they don’t even have a hot tub anymore. It broke and it never got fixed! When we’re back this way, we will not be staying here!
