Not handicapped accessible, though that is what was asked for. High tub, no shower chair. Not the best experience, though the food was good.

Room 119 smell like paint and mildew. I will not be staying there again.

Not exactly clean. Just ok, though. Smelled funny, could hear others running above. Not once was breakfast area wiped clean while we were there. If you are tired and need to rest, it's OK.
