Please do not go to this business these people are total scam artists they have multiple terrible reviews on different sites I am a customer of this place and they promise you to do a good job and they do not for the amount of money that they charge their customers they refuse to repair any mistakes they've made they are very nice while doing your hair but as soon as you complain or come back to complain they become different people please do not go to this place!

The style I showed them was not the style they gave me. Elizabeth told me it was going to be 220 for a bob braid style which is higher than other places. I agreed because the first time I went the atmosphere and braids was a great experience. This time was the complete opposite. I asked for a few highlights on one side they put them in the back and said they would remove them but didn’t. The ends on my braids were not all burned and I had some coming down when I got home. Once they were finished she told me it was going to be 240 for a horrible style. She then said I could pay her the 220 that we agreed upon. I would never go back to a place that’s so unfriendly and unprofessional again.

Had an amazing experience. The staff was so helpful and welcoming. I had never had my hair braided before... the experience was relaxing even therapeutic. Very affordable did their work in a timely manner as well. Was in and out in about an hour. I highly recommend this place for hair braidsService: Braids

They did a okay job on my hair but I have locks, a whole lot of imperfections. And then it took almost 8 hours, and I also had to use a lot of hair jewelry to make it look halfway decent. Some of my braids were coming out the same. A lot of other people were getting their hair braided they did a pretty decent job. The woman that did my hair informed me that she had done loc braids before but I'm almost 100% sure that she never has.. I paid $250 to get my hair done so it was okay, when I go back most definitely not

I really want to give them a 0 stars. 1). The braider was late, then when she finally arrived at 8:55, it was 3 clients there for service with 1 braider. The other braider finally arrived around 9:30. 2). I wanted a wash service. The portable shampoo station didn't sit right with me, so that was a no. 3). Then it smelt funny in the salon, my eyes kept burning. 4). The older lady braiding my hair couldn't braid. Elizabeth told me she couldn't do a certain style. 5). The hair weave didn't match my hair. They tried 2 different colors. 6). I had to tell the braider to put gel on my hair so it could lay down and not be looking frizzy. 6). I enclosed the picture of what she did vs what I wanted. 7. It took her until 10:52 just to do those braids. After complaining about how the hair didn't match, finally they said 2 go to the hair store to get some. I left that place. Then Elizabeth had the nerve to call my phone. I didn't go off. I remained calm and didn't answer it. They wasted my time completely. I hate when people do that. I wanted my braids for the cruise I am going on. This is far by the worst customer service I have experienced in dealing with my hair. Do not go to this place if you aren't prepared to be unprofessional. I told my friend they had great reviews, and she said they probably wrote the comments themselves and that Africans really can't braid. Yes, I did send her a picture of the style I wanted prior to the appointment.
