Never ever a script ready. No communication. If your dr sends in a prescription they won't refill till next day. I asked about it and they said it's just how it works. I suggest NOT using this walgreens.

Pharmacy is horrible. I called to have my meds transferred and they said they’re behind so 2 hours at 2pm. I sent my husband to get it at 2pm and the lady working at the window didn’t even look for it and told him to come back after 4pm. He called me and I told him not to leave and I called again to get an explanation of what’s going on. Person answered phone said it’s ready and tell him to come back. So he went back and the same lady yelled at him asking why he’s back instead of waiting until 4pm and he told her to check. Her lazy a$$ with attitude finally checked and realized it’s done and ready. The actual receipt said it’s done at 1:38pm!!!! And she turned him away bc she was too lazy to do her job!!!! Please Stop hiring imbeciles to work in the pharmacy or please hire people that actually want to work.

The short, very dark-skinned cashier with wild hair (Janelle - in case there are others who share her name) was completely impolite and unprofessional. I frequent this location often, however, they recently changed their credit card machine and I was inserting my card incorrectly. Yes, it did take a few attempts and I finally asked Janelle to swipe my card for me because I clearly wasn't getting it. She rudely took my card and swiped it correctly (strip facing downward would have been the better way to word it instead of simply saying upside down) and acted as though she'd been asked to do the most demeaning task ever.
This store is in a very nice location so it would be nice if ALL of the employees matched the values of this community. Janelle's rating is a -5, but since most of my interactions are pleasant at this location then I will not allow this one negative experience to influence my overall rating too much.

It takes a minimum of 10 minutes per car other drive through and if you go in its about 15 min between customers at the pharmacy. It has always sucked!!!

This is your typical, busy, suburban drug store. They were out of the cough medicine that my family member needed. I didn't make any purchases since the line to pay at the front register had at least ten people.

The absolute worst experience. I have used this walgreens for years. They must be closing this store. There is no staff, medicine, or products that are commonly used in stock. If you want to waist 2 hours at a pharmacy, only to be told there's been a problem, you have found the right place.

Avoid this pharmacy. I've never had an easy experience with refills and pick ups from here. I should of changed pharmacies a long time ago.

Dont attempt to go to this walgreens at 9:30 for medicine, they will have their doors locked.

Never a bad experience at the Johnson Rd. location. The staff in the pharmacy and store bend over backwards to accommodate a customer request.....Love our Walgreens.!

Extremely rude older lady with grey hair checked me out. I handed her money and she got upset because it was “too wadded up” when it was only wrinkled a little bit. I’ve never been treated so poorly as a customer. She also acted very passive aggressive.
