There's a high turnover rate due to the discrimination and inhumanity of manager Hayley Stevens. She isn't nice as what she portrays. If I could give a negative star, I would. Customer Service is terrible and even the employees are being mistreated and untrained.

I like Walgreens and will go there only if I'm in a hurry bc it's closer to my house but their prices are higher than Walmart and even Kroger's!

Pharmacy always has a long line. Not enough technicians or pharmacists to help customers. The staff doesn't help customers find OTC items on the shelf when they have questions about them.

Rude, non-verbal service behind the counter at the pharmacy, lazy workers, poor attitudes. This pharmacy is the worst one I've had to use. Nearly every worker at the register has a room temperature IQ.

I have used this Walgreens since it was built. It's a great store but they have things they need to step up big time. The crew in the front is always friendly,fast,and helpful!The pharmacy has had some problems BUT they are being fixed now. All the new folks in the pharmacy Kyra, Emily, Jordan, Jennifer, Landon, are amazing! The older pharmacy staff that use to work there made things ALOT more difficult.

For a Walgreens that is supposed to be in a really nice part of town. The bathroom cleanliness is absolutely horrible. Someone even took the liberty of writing on a piece of paper hasn’t been cleaned since 1987. Also, the girl just constantly runs and there’s toilet paper all over the floor. Staff should be ashamed.

This place is convenient to my routine, the employees are usually nice, the restrooms are relatively decent, and like most other drug stores, they are out of stock of some over-the-counter medications.

For the last 3 years I made the excuse it was lack of staffing. Now I'm not so sure. I think it's a combination of lack of staff as well as pretty bad customer service. This is a huge location for opportunity but seems Walgreens doesn't care. As others I will also be switching Pharmacies after trying for years to stay with this one. Honestly they should just shut this location down at this point it's so bad. Lines and wait times are minimum 20 minutes most of the time.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever experienced. I watched 6 people drive through the drive thru while I sat waiting for a bottle of amoxicillin. They told me it would be ready at 6:30 after I was lied to about it being ready at 5:30. I sat in line until 7 o'clock before getting my miserably sick child's medice. I will never return to this location again and everyone who works there should be ashamed of themselves.

What has happened to this store? One lie after another. Tells you your script is ready only to deny telling you. Tells you another location has it but are too slammed to check. Call the other location FOR THEM and they don’t have it and said, “they are supposed to call!” So, they tell me today I would have to call ALL OF THE LOCATIONS MYSELF to search for the script as they don’t take inventory like they are supposed to and cannot look in their database for me. I hope Corporate is measuring these calls. This isn’t the way to run a Pharmacy that I’ve been doing business with for 30 years.

Only one person working at the front but she multitask well.. I went to get passport photo taken. A month later received mail saying my photo was done incorrectly. I chose expedited service on passport so yea I'm upset. I will be returning with my receipt for a redo. This time I'm telling the worker how to take my photo.

Similar to another user the reason I use this pharmacy is location. To be clear I don't blame the employees. I feel they are just understaffed since Covid. They just need some help because the drive-thru is very slow.

The retail part of the store is fine, they're helpful and quick. The pharmacy's service is abysmal, save one younger male employee who efficiently runs both lanes of the drive-thru. I stood at the pharmacy front counter for 10 minutes (usually use the drive thru, but I needed some stuff from the store too so I came inside). Instead of helping me pick up my one prescription (which would have taken less than a minute, I'm not one of those customers who takes forever to do basic tasks like get a simple prescription) the employee spent the whole time helping this entire family fill out their own personal information so they could get their COVID vaccines. A line piled up behind me that extended far into an aisle, and we never got acknowledged. I gave up, purchased my store items at the front (took 2 minutes), and went through the drive thru. Legend has it, the front counter pharmacy tech is still trying to help those people remember their address.
