Pharmacist thinks she knows more than the Dr and refuses for 2nd month to fill my medication for anxiety and depression. She needs to removed because this forces people to buy off the streets their medication

I called and was told that my medications were ready. Simple Medications one was a Z pack. I got there to pick it up and they tried to give me the wrong medication. Then they said they never had any orders for the medications I was supposed to pick up. They didn’t offer so solution just were rude and told me to leave. I called my doctor and had them resend the medications to a different pharmacy. I’llnever use Walgreens for me or my families medication in the future.

The pharmacist Dr. Perry is excellent. The pharmacy tech is efficient and pleasant.

i'm not from here, and everybody i've come in contact with around germantown is so polite. but i went to this walgreens early this morning to get a few things and they had everything i was looking for. i put my things on the checkout counter and nobody was there to help me. so the man working in the photo department said he could help me over there which is fine. but the man was so rude! i brought my things over to his counter and said "sorry i didn't know i was supposed to checkout over here" and he just looked at me with no expression. didnt say a single word to me except, "i can help you in photo". & there was nobody behind me in line but he was rushing so fast that he was having to go back redo the things he was doing because he was rushing and messing up for no reason, throwing my stuff into bags. his name tag was flipped around so i couldn't see his name but if i ever come back and he's the only person working again, i'll go somewhere else.
