Despicable treatment from the manager, Patty Coleman. The store took advantage of my elderly parents and sold them a thousand dollars worth of products because they told them it would be "FREE" when it was really just split into monthly payments.
When we came back to return the items, they wouldn't take back the new phone because the box was "damaged". This is unethical behavior. Will never come here again. Watch out.

Not a true Verizon corporate store, only a retailer, so shop with caution…my nearly 80 year old father who’s on our family plan recently went to this store for a new iPhone. As part of his phone upgrade he was told he would get a new Apple Watch and iPad. He was told this would not affect the bill at all. I cautioned him that this wasn’t likely the case, but the store rep was put on speakerphone and assured my dad this was the case. Not a surprise, but of course this wasn’t true. Both devices came with strings attached including activation fees, monthly service fees, and a 3 year service contract that he doesn’t need. I will reiterate, we suspected this would be the case, but the rep reassured my dad this “wouldn’t cost him a thing.” So when he went to return these items he was of course charged the typical restocking fee and told the activation fees and some other items couldn’t be refunded. After some maddening discussion with them they via phone they said all those fees would be refunded after all. Yet when my dad went to have it all processed they changed their tune and again said they couldn’t refund stocking fees ($50 for each device) plus some other fees. Twice they screwed him. Merry Christmas!
Bottom line…I wouldn’t go there. They used deceptive practices and number manipulation of the bill to swindle an older guy out of money for the sake of sales. And even after we called them on it and they said they would take care of it, they again refused. Now I’ll be sorting this out with Verizon corporate. Crooks all the way.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. This store is the worst store I’ve ever been in my life. I’ve been a customer of Verizon’s for 10 years. Had a person on the phone set up an appointment for me to upgrade two phones. I walk in the door and the sales person says did you buy from this store or online? I said online. She said we won’t take your trade in at this store.
I had to drive 15 minutes out of my way to go to another store when this store is right by my house. Thanks for wasting my time when no one even mentioned anything about “online phones” get off your high horse. You won’t get anywhere by turning 10 year customers away for business. I’m highly considering switching carriers just from this one interaction.
In my 41 years of existence I’ve never been turned away quite so rudely for business as this.

Dorian was the best associate that I have experienced from verizon in a long time, either verizon has stepped up their training game or they have found a customer service gem with Dorian. Go to this location for your verizon needs!

Buyer beware! I was told one thing by the sales rep and charged something completely different by Verizon. Literally out hundreds of dollars from what the person told me. When I went to get things corrected and explained the same rep just told me to call customer service. I had to sit there and make them deal with it. Then the rep just walked out. Verizon customer service was not much little help either.

Nick has got to be one of the best Salesmen I've ever dealt with. This young man went above and beyond for my husband and I. He's very professional and has that business type mentality, which you don't really get from the younger generation now days. When we arrived there he was already working with a customer. He welcomed us as we come in and acknowledged the fact that we were there for help as well. This young man was literally working by himself and had 3 or 4 other customers walk in after us. He handled it so well! Being so busy he never lost his cool and took his time to make sure each one was welcomed and that he would be with them as quick as possible. I'm very impressed with the overall welcoming of this location especially being it was our first time there. We will definitely be going back.

Spent almost 3 hours in the store today. The gentleman who helped me was very nice, and overall had a great attitude. Will go back to this store if I need anything else!

The female staff was very rude, she refused to allow my toddler daughter to use the restroom in the facility. She only offered to allow my child to use the restroom after she had visibly had an accident. My daughter was inconsolable and wanted to know why the lady would not allow her to potty. My husband was there trying to get assistance with his new internet and phone services. We’ve been to this location several times and have never experienced such unprofessionalism and inconsideration.
