The Germantown location is efficient, with minimal wait times and thorough explanations throughout the visit. The cardiologists, including Dr. Edwards, are highly recommended for their compassion and expertise. The foundation has received positive feedback from patients. A patient praised the helpfulness of Mckenzie, who went above and beyond to schedule a convenient appointment for a pulmonary test. Another patient expressed satisfaction with Dr. Klemis and the nurse practitioner and nurse, who were described as very nice and helpful. However, one patient felt that their concerns were not taken seriously, and they expressed a desire to potentially change providers. On the other hand, another patient had a positive experience with Dr. Gubin and the front desk staff, describing them as "a total angel" and praising the quality of care and the pleasant environment.
I’ve never had any issues with Dr. Gubins staff or Stern cardiology. Very nice and helpful staff. Dr. Gubin is the best!!
