SHOUT TO THE BEAUTIFUL WOMEN AT SOFT SURROUNDINGS IN GERMANTOWN THIS MORNING ????? My mom and I visited this morning for its one of her favorite stores. As soon as we walked in the store, a Beautiful young lady greeted us from behind the counter. She was so helpful and nice. As we walked through the store another sweet lady informed us on the great sales they had and where to find them. Everyone was so nice and made us feel so welcomed. They also have some Beautiful pieces that feel sooooo good against the skin. Thank you Ladies for the amazing customer service and making our visit a Beautiful experience.

I purchased the black sweater coat with the peacock embroidery on the back. I must sat that the on-line picture does not do it justice. It is a true work of art. I am beyond pleased with my purchase. So very beautiful!

I have 3 tops that I have tried to get credit back on for 3 months now. They were not taking calls and said to email in their voice mail. I emailed 4 times with no response what so ever. I just got an email they refunded me for one and shorted me quite a bit of money on the refund. I still have not gotten a refund on the other tops which were approx $200 in total. I will never buy from this company again.

Love their clothes but they do not fit my body shape as well as Chico's. Beautiful clothes and bed linens, slightly on expensive side.
