“This facility was the closet to my location that met my needs. The facility was clean and neat and the property manager Karmen was excellent! She was very thorough on the information required and needed for the rental unit. I recommend this facility for customer service 100%!”
“Came for a passport appointment and was helped promptly and professionally. Honestly didn't even know there was a post office tucked back here. I'll probably come here for other USPS business as there was very little traffic and the folks were super helpful during a holiday week when no one wants to be at work!”

The USPS website says that this location accepts walk ins on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9AM- 10AM.
We arrived at 9am and waited 30 minutes and were then told they don’t accept walk ins due to how many appointments are scheduled… but luckily Ms. Nichols was able to help us before another appointment showed up. We were super appreciative of her help and kindness.
I would imagine she can easily turn people away if the appointments are there waiting… so for future reference, assume the USPS website is wrong and make an appointment. LOL.”
“I popped in just before closing on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend with multiple things to box and ship. Everyone was very helpful and courteous, and they went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. I really recommend this location!”
“Staff is always professional and cordial. Sometimes there may be a line. EDIT: So I show up at 4:50 to mail a package and they are closed. Posted closing time is 5:30. Deducted 1 star from my original review.”
“I always have a good experience shipping packages off and picking up mail from here. I recently put in an inquiry for "missing mail" (I found it..at my own residence, a week later because someone in the household didn't tell me they checked the mail that day. lol) and this USPS called me for a follow up. It was just that the tracking number was stuck in "Alert" status for whatever reason–my mail was never actually missing. I appreciate USPS calling and texting me with updates about my mailing concerns. Personally, I have never had a problem with this USPS location within the last 15 years of staying in this area.”
“I'm not a frequent customer but I have been going to them for help about 30 or more years. We have had so many awesome hard carrier workers in those years. I understand they sort their own mail for their route, If that isn't done right your mail will be messed up. If that happens just call them or the 800# and let them know. We are very happy with our long time carrier, Josh. We are a lot alike, if we going to do it we do it right! And I know many others do as well.”
“Good things to say about this postal office.
Shauna was my helper for my passport and she was the sweetest, asking about my day, and getting to know me. She made the process very easy and did it quite on her own, she was talkative and had a smile on her face the whole time. I enjoyed my time with her and appreciate how she made my service speedy and fast. Took no longer than 10 minutes. She helped me since it was my first time doing it on my own as an adult. Workers need to be like her!”
“Dismayed that others have had bad acknowled. My box was relocated (involuntarily as a former Airport P O Box holder) to this location. Other than someone's they are not fully staffed during some busy times (only one postal clerk with a longer of more than five), I absolutley love the staff. Ms. McGhee is personable, efficient and diligent, Ms. Johnson should try out for Open Mike night at Chuckles; she's a hoot! My all time fave USPS staff were at the downtown location before it closed. Holiday City is a close 2nd!”
“I left my apartment number off my package. I was able to catch it before they returned it with the help of several usps workers. They went above and beyond even though they were so busy! So grateful for their kindness and great attitude.”

“Ms. Sylvia and Ms. Klassie are awesome, amazing, kind, professional, and efficient. My mail.lady, Ms. Jo-Jo, is dynamic and polite. Every employee at this location has been very polite and courteous to me. The Postmaster is always very friendly and smiling He is a great communicator. 5 stars.”

“Yes the lines are a little long sometime becasue no one wants to work but the workers are amazing. They help you with whatever you need and it is the same 3-4 people there everytime. I’m there almost everyday and they are always so helpful.”
