Can I just say Angie Brasfield is truly a rock star. I have dealt with several banks and never ever got this kind of top notch customer service as I did today. I called Angie ( yes personally on her cell phone) to get the phone numbers of where to report a card lost - yes I have misplaced it- so she tells me she will handle it for me. I figured she was putting me on a list and someone would call and then in about 3-5 weeks I would get my replacement card etc etc. You can imagine my surprise when within an hour or so I get a message asking if I were home. She had taken care of it personally and not only that I have my debit card ( a real one) in hand ready to use. So let me just say if you don’t have this kind of service at your bank ( I doubt that you do) you need to call pinnacle Germantown branch and ask for Angie cause she is truly a Rock Star!!

Pinnacle offered us a 30y fixed rate at 7.25% with 21k in points. Another local bank offered us 5.625% with 6k in points.After Pinnacle was informd thet we were going elsewhere for a loan, they contacted us and said they could give us a lower rate if we deposit our money in the bank!Sometimes they would not answer or return calls.People at Pinnacle were nice and profssional, but we lost their trust over their interest rate counteroffer.

I have been with Pinnacle for about 10 years now and have never experienced a bad visit until today. Since the Cordova location closed I now have to go to the on Germantown and Wolf River. I don't know if the guy was having a bad day or what but the older gray haired man was rude at 9 something this morning. I'm not even sure if he was new at his job, but regardless, he needs some additional training on customer service. To start, he didn't even ask what I needed. He had to come back a second time for that and he didn't even allow me to finish my explanation. Mind you, you are not able to go inside and I was the only person in the drive thru the entire time. He had to come back a third time to ask which account when he could have gathered all that from the beginning. Such horrible service today.
