So friendly and customer oriented! I really walked out of there feeling like I made a friend and They did all they could to fix my problem with my carpet cleaner! Proceeded to take care of the warranty fulfillment and get a replacement.Great communication and service thank you!!

Possibly the worst customer service, no answers, no call backs. Just take your money and apparently don't care about the customer. Will not buy another Oreck vacuum again! If had 0 stars, that would be what I use.

I came into the store to get a vacuum serviced. No one acknowledged I was there. I could see the guy sitting in the back ignoring me.

A Germantown gem! I was so tired of buying vacuums at big box stores that never lasted and could not be fixed! I finally got a real vacuum and it is great! I have had 1 problem with it. I was in and out of store within 5 minutes problem fixed! I cannot say enough good things about this store!

Cleaners didn't press pants at all. Just place them on a hanger. They were very wrinkle.
