I called ahead to be sure my order could be handled today. I have two posters to be laminated. I was told to come then and they could do them today. When I arrived at the store 10 minutes later there was no one at the print counter. I had to go find an employee. He called a woman to the printer counter. When she finally arrived she then told me she could not laminate today that she stopped doing it 20 minutes ago. When I explain I had called ahead, her response was "they told you wrong". I told her I spoke to a man when I called. She asked over the radio and was told no on spoke to me. She asked if I was at the correct store, I showed her the telephone number I called and further explained that I had asked when called for name of the cross street.This is frustrating! Employees lying and too lazy to work!

Buyer beware!!!! I went to purchase a laptop. Online it said they had 1 laptop and I was able to make a purchase. Once we arrived at the store they told me it was the display model. Online it nowhere advertised I would be buying a display model and they tried to tell me the display model is the same as out of the box. I have seen display models sold as is and advertised at a discount. I have never heard of a display model sold as a new item. I refused purchase and it was extremely difficult to get a refund trust me it took no time to charge my credit card. Buy beware and I would not recommend buying electronics from Office Depot.

This is my favorite location. Every time I go the staff are polite and very helpful. I want to thank employee Brian for helping me today in the store.
