“Such a fabulous place to shop! They have such beautiful gifts and home decor items as well cute pet items, wind chimes, sassy hand towels and so much more. I was looking for decor with Cardinals on one visit and the owner took me right to a selection of those. They also have beautiful art work. Smittie, the blonde lab, greets me at the door and is as congenial as the owners! gotta get by to shop for Christmas!”
“Our home is open and friendly with a lot of fun stuff (pop a shot, shuffleboard etc) We wanted a yard that was an extension of our home. I am so glad we spent the money to hire someone that could really see our vision and execute it. We didn't just "redo" our yard. We created a large amount of extra living space. I can't see anyone else executing it like Gurley. They were on time and their crews were very respectful and easy to work with. Clifton is a gem and was onsite pretty much every day. He was in constant contact with us. Clifton is of those people you just know is a good apple from the moment you meet him. If you're looking to do your yard on the cheap this is probably not your best option. But they are very fair and worked with us to get to the price point we needed to. I recommend 10 out of 10. “Made a few keys and it only took about 5 minutes considering my indecisiveness. The employee at self check out named Joshua was very helpful and knowledgeable of product locations because he was a great multi tasker when it came to assisting customers while making my keys but also manning his self checkout area. He seems like a great asset to the company. I was in and out.”
“Last weekend (07/15), my boyfriend and I were coming to rent a weed eater because ours finally hit the dirt. I called the tool rental place here and the Stephen (I think that was his name) was SUPER helpful and put it aside for us to come and get it. Upon arrival, him and his manager (I cant remember his name) instructed us on how to get it set up and to call them if anything comes up. THAT was such wonderful customer service. Today (07/22), I walked in looking for a leaf blower and I was helped by Dwight, Dave, Michelle, Alex, and Bobbie. When I tell you, ALL of these individuals went above and beyond to assist me in getting what I needed, I MEAN IT. If you are looking to choose between Lowes and Home Depot, CHOOSE ORANGE!! We have always shopped at HD, but this type of customer service is dutifully appreciated and will have me coming back time after time for my hardware/garden needs!! Thanks Guys!!”
“Easily accessible location from internet. I can typically find items needed with an issue. I visit this location several times a year to check out their plant inventory. I stopped in yesterday and saw a few that caught my eye. Only issue is that there was severely over watered. I literally poured water from an Aglaonema for about two minutes. This definitely could pose an issue for root rot with plants.”

“We have never had a bad experience with this flower shop. I’ve tried to save money by using some of the bigger florists, but it never works out. I know that with Pughs the flowers will be big beautiful and delivered on time. Which is so important. They come in a wonderful sturdy box as well (cat not included) and full of water. Would highly recommend them to anyone.”

“Ron, the store manager is amazing! I had a mishap with a grill delivery last Friday. Ron, not only fixed my problem, but he accepted ownership of the problem with a friendly and professional disposition, and took the time to deliver the correct grill himself. I really appreciated this as I own a home in Memphis, but I don't live there. He was a total lifesaver, and I was extremely grateful for his willingness to go above and beyond! He is a true gem and an asset to this store!”

Yesterday 4/1/24 I came to the Home Depot to pay a bil and on my way out I saw a very good Palm plant.
I paid for the plant and without knowing left my wallet in the basket. Left and forgot all about it.
Today, I returned when I couldn't see my wallet. Thank God I found it all in tact.

“I Love my Neighborhood Home Deepot, butttt I recently placed an order, received all products but my Double pack of Compressed air for my son he'd been wanting for his laptop, at the time of placing the order I wasn't told it wasn't in stock, proof picture Verified not in picture as well, so I've reached out, an were told that on their end, it was put in that it wasn't in stock, an the young lady stated she dont know y at the time of purchase i wasn't told( it was an onlinestocks, tho) but still have yet to receive it or have yet to receive a refund due to I made the purchase with a gift card, it's been going on 2 weeks now, i was also told if i wasn't able to come to that particular store with ID, they'd send me a check in the mail and I told them when I reached out I would still prefer to have the product for my son, so hopefully they send it, but have receive nothing as of yet, Still all smiles tho??✌️”
