I messed up with trying a new eye dr I went in Aug 2024 did everything ordered glasses etc here it is Oct 2024 and I still HAVE NOT received my eyeglasses that was supposed to be here September 13, 2024 after calling for weeks and sometimes the call mysteriously gets disconnected to only be told that the frames are on back order. This is ridiculous the lady that answer the phone finally told me that she looked in the computer and saw that my frames are on back order so you mean to tell me, after me constantly calling and asking for a update nobody knew to look in the computer and give me the update that this lady gave me. I will not be revisiting this location again in the future.

The staff was very professional and hands on with myself and my granddaughter.Lance did a great job with the panel of questions that her asked her..he took his time and I appreciated that. She was very comfortable with the doctors and Dr.B Jones was super while speaking with my child.The front desk Angela was absolutely awesome as she worked through a problem with our insurance and was very nice to my granddaughter and myself very helpful with picking out her glasses and Robyn has always been absolutely amazing at every visit and very helpful to Angela...
Over all a 5star visit

The exam was done by a student and the optometrist just came in to sign off on it. My prescription was a full diopter off of what my prescriptions have been for the last 20 years. I thought, maybe it's changing because I'm getting older. I filled glasses and contact scripts and spent a bit of money. The near vision is fine but I can't see far away clearly. I have left messages and no response. Wasted exam, time, money with worthless glasses and contacts. I'll have to get a new exam or use old prescription. This place should be sued.

As I stand here waiting for side shields to be added to my safety glasses which could have been avoided had they come along with the glasses a week ago, there is a lot of laughing and playing between the ladies in the blue scrubs. I was greeted this time upon entry. I told her my name and why I was here. She retrieved by glasses and handed them to me with the shields in another baggie insinuating that I assemble them. Not a chance. I didn't want to break anything. The manager was really helpful. She made up for what the others lack. They should be a reflection of her. The Doctor was walking a patient out. He did acknowledge me, and that is a HUGE ➕️. They get 5 STARS. I said all of that because it was like I had a longer wait because they may have thought I was trying to be difficult by refusing to put the side shields on. I didn't want to be responsible if anything was broken
I cannot stand all of that playing in a place of business that serves the public.

This is in no way I could describe the intern Optometrists who took my reading and did all wrong reading for my vision. This review is geared towards the intern who did my eye exam and prescribed the glasses last year. The store has had to resend my glasses back twice due to inaccurate prescription. Then the lady told me my far vision was read as 4.5 or something like that. This is unacceptable! Because actually my vision is 3.5 for far vision. I surprised at those, because , I thought the doctor would make sure that those were correct readings. I am very disappointed with them and never going back. It was shear wastage of couple of hundred dollars. Some of which my insurance company paid and half of it I paid. I have been using them for last couple of years. Didn’t have any problems before this. But this time I am so upset with them and every time I wear those glasses. I feel cheated. I couldn’t review them before because, I thought, I will just let it go and forget about it. But when I wear them it reminds me of how careless a doctor can be, about getting the reading of their clients, it makes me mad and angry, as how careless they can be. Even after bringing it back to them all the way twice, from Oxford, MS, which is 75 miles one way drive n those hours of drive to go to them. The lady who answered my phone said to me that once you start wearing it you will get used to it, but just after wearing it for 5-10 minutes, I started to have severe headaches. One word for them, I would like to say is “Hopeless”!

That manager Angela is liar and thief stole my daughter glasses and did not have the courtesy to call me this went on for year !!! And she goin tell me they give my daughter glass back if i had not call on today they will not reach out to me She is liar no glasses Angela the manager is liar and thief !!’ i would never go back to another My eyedr!!!

I have been coming to this location for 20 years, seeing Dr. Jones. Ever since he sold his practice to My Eye Dr. I have only ever received subpar, rude and slow service. It took me going to corporate and high level managers to get my lens’ warranty fulfilled because they provided me with cheap products. I have no been here 3 days in a row on my lunch break to get them replaced and the store is completely closed. I get looked at like I’m crazy through the glass door by the subpar associates working the front desk. This place is awful and I recommend you stay far away from this clinic because if their customer service is this bad, then I’m sure you’re also getting terrible eye health advice too. DO BETTER!
