This was such a wonderful experience! Lauren and her staff were so pleasant and greeted us with smiles and information on everything. We are not from here so she also offered many places to grab a bite after I bought my new wallet! Which I am in love with. Thank you for making it such a great shopping trip!

It was a lovely day and I decided to take mom in for the day. It was our first visit at this location and the ladies were so nice to us. They have a great sale going on at the moment and I love how this locations reflects online merchandise. If you do not see it in store, they will gladly order things for you. That's 100 percent VIP customer service.

The best customer’s service can be found here. When we walked in they asked if we needed help, told them that not yet and didn’t approach us again until we asked for help. I can recommend Michael Kors and can tell you that you will find good customers service here. At the end we didn’t buy anything since they did not have what we were after in stock, but still a good store.
