Went shopping today at Mattress Firm in Forest Hill shops in Germantown, TN. I was looking for a queen mattress, springs, frame, pillows and mattress protector. They had a great sale on everything. 60 per cent off! Matt was working, had me try out several mattresses and pillows and I purchased on the spot. He knows the products well. I will have it delivered in a few days. I left a happy customer!

We were fortunate enough to have Colby guide us through the process of purchasing a new mattress. He asked us several questions about our sleep habits and encouraged us to try several different mattresses. Colby was extremely knowledgeable about each mattress and he was super helpful. He was patient with us and it was important to him that we chose the right mattress. His hard work paid off and we couldn’t be more pleased with our purchase. So far, we came in the store and Mattie showed and explained in great detail how to choose and purchase what we were looking for. The purchasing process was quick and easy. We won't receive our purchase until next weekend.
