I visited Madewell today, hoping to find something for a good deal and try on jeans. Despite not being a regular shopper, Lauren's welcoming guidance and extensive knowledge made my experience memorable. Trying on clearance jeans in size 33W, Lauren's assistance in finding the right fit and explaining their comfortable stretch convinced me to explore further. Her commitment to making me feel at ease, offering various styles and sizes, led me to purchase a Size 30W pair that has become my everyday comfort. Lauren's positive demeanor and expertise made the shopping experience worthwhile, and I recommend Madewell in Germantown for their outstanding customer service under her care.

Cute clothes that are way over priced and an all exclusive POC offer: gratuitous white girls following you around the store. Like personal body guards or something? So glad they were watching my every move, following me around the store. I've never felt more safe

It is very rude to allow two customers in and shut the door on another customer coming right behind them (one!). I also truly doubt that 10 customers is a true limit to that building given the other stores are not making their max 10. Poor customer management, I will not return.
