Convenient, competitive prices, nice deli, bakery . . . it is as well stocked as can be expected with the number of people who rely on the Farmington Kroger. Location is everything I can do all my shopping in the area that is around that particular Kroger. Lines can be long but that is on Kroger for not hiring more people to do their registers. Additionally, as far as service goes, I have never had any Kroger employee be rude to me. They have only ever been helpful and kind.

Went here on Wednesday Jan 31st 1:30 pm Easy in and out, everything in stock and 2nd in line for check out. Lots of parking spots available today.

Attempted to buy a propane tank. Absolutely awful customer service. Arrived at store 8:30pm (store closes at 11pm), customer service responds “we don’t sell propane this late” … proceeded to tell me that propane is only sold until 8pm. That would’ve been great to know before I literally came here just for the propane tank.

Had to get here EARLY. Doors had not even opened, but there were cars already in the parking lot. My first time seeing these Fresh Baked Spiced Apple Pie cookies!!!!OmgggggggggI took them home and quickly microwaved one!!!!Pure DELICIOUSNESS!!!!My new favorite dessert!!!Thank Youuuuuu Kroger bakery!!!I was also glad that they were having trouble with the self-service check out, so a cashier had to check me out. She didn’t seem too happy about that, but I’m sorry, I was THRILLED!!!!!???

To many self check out stations.Individuals have to pick their goods, then unload them, then scan them, then bag them, then reload cart. Is the customer getting a discount or being paid for a cashier or bag person?Just a thought.

I love this store but the manager Pattie is very rude and unprofessional. She don't know how to communicate with people. She needs training on customer service.

This is my favorite location. Today I was disappointed because after calling to ask about a product and the telephone rang incessantly. I could not get an answer from customer service, the meat department or pharmacy. That is ridiculous. I know there are people working today but too busy to answer the telephone. :(

This is the worst Kroger, at best they have 1 set of self checkout registers. And as a result have a line the length of the store. It happens alot.

Lots of choices. Go on Monday mornings. Items that didnt sell out thats almost near expiration date are marked way down. Got reg priced whole slab of ribs $21 for $7. Got 2 of them. Froze 1 cooked the other. Were very good. Those wanting to save money buy up all the marked down items. Just freeze them soon as you get home. Which ever day you take out thaw in refrigerator cook the same day.

Today when I scanned my peaches, the price was incorrect. It showed the regular price, not the discount price. I summoned the attendant and she told me I needed to use the app’s digital coupon for peaches to get the discount. First how am I supposed to know I need to scan the digital coupon to get the discount. If I didn’t notice the incorrect price I would have overpaid for the peaches. I remember in the old days when the scanner made a mistake the store would give you a full credit for the item. Today the company is using technology as an excuse to rip us off. These digital coupons are a scam.

I placed an order 27 hours ahead of time online for 10 deli trays for a close family member to have on hand for relatives coming into town for a funeral. I got an email confirmation as well as a text confirmation with the order number and a list of what I ordered. “The store will take it from here.”The family member went to pick it up at time requested… no order, no phone call, no email. Just didn’t do it.Something done to help someone became so much more stressful. I will never walk into a Kroger or it’s affiliated stores again. If I could give negative stars, I would.
